Ok. This is what should be the first day of my new semester at school. I may or may not be doing anything though. I think that I will go to class today perhaps... or perhaps not. I'm not sure. If I don't go I'll be dropping my course to work to save for the next semester because it's in such a completely wanked out schedule. So we'll see. I've got a few hours to decide.

Breakfast:
Soy milk and flax water.
Apple

Lunch:
Soy yogurt
Bread w/ black bean spread

Dinner?

Exercise:
20 min walk.

So. From now on, I have a guest list for my booze. I write it on my hand in sharpie. No more than two drinks.

Breakfast:
Coffee 3 cups ._.
1 Orange.

Lunch:
2 bowls TVP Brownrice scramble.

Later:
2 large pieces cornbread.

Dinner:
Flax seed water
1 piece toast w/peanut butter

Losso'tea. : P

Exercise:
So I went to my regular park to go and do my running/stuff. But there were people there. GUH! So I went to the next school over and there were PEOPLE THERE! AUGH! I can't even do anything when there are people around. However, I found out that I do have a small patch of grass in front of my house with a wall that obscures me from the public. I can't run there. But I can do little exercises. So I'm glad.

I did, one set of 20 burpees.
30 seconds total of plank. 20 seconds then 10. (I could only do 15 a week ago!)
4 plank push ups.
1 set 10 superman
2 sets 20 crunches
1 set 15 leg scissors both sides.
I intend to grab Peter after he gets home and go to my park and run. We'll see what happens.
15ish minutes yoga on wiifit.

I can't believe I managed to drop almost two pounds in one day, I think I was holding onto salt and water or something. Down to 201.6 : D

Breakfast:
Flax water
Orange
Small piece cornbread
Coffee.

Lunch:
Brown rice TVP stuff with carrots

Dinner:
Three vegan taquitos
A peach soymilk smush
A small small bowl of brown-rice-tvpstuff.

Exercise:
An hour walking, cumulative a minute and a half of running.

I hit 200 today. I'm hoping to hit 199 by saturday or sunday. (It's 200.8 or something like that) but I hit 200. And I'm going to fly right past it. I can't beleive how good it feels. I was TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY THREE POUNDS once. I can't believe it. Well, I can. And I'm *STOKED*.

I'm not sure but I wants it.
