Ya, I get that alot, too. People think I'm spanish or hispanic. Once, in Language Arts, we were talking about those parties Mexican girls have when they turn 15, and on girl tapped my shoulder and asked me, "Are you gonna have a party?" and I said, "Oh, I'm not Mexican." and she's like, "Oh, YOU AREN'T?? What are you?" (she makes it sound like I'm an alien or something) "I'm phillipino." "Oh, Okay."
I knew she was trying to be nice the first time she asked, but I did get a little mad... xp sweatdrop |
