The better quality Sake is typically served chilled. I'd hate to spoil a good Sake by warming it. *furrows her brow.*

*laughs at Psyzapp's comment* Don't worry, I've got the stuff that needs to be chilled in my refrigerator at the moment. I got a variety of sakes....Junmai Dai Ginjyo, Junmai Ginjyo, Tokubetsu Junmai, Junmai and Honjyozo. The Dai Ginjyo is the highest grade, so it's in the fridge! wink
