For one year he was at the Buddhist Temple until he was sent to Sunagakure to receive his Shinobi training like his mother requested. He graduated the Academy in two years. [Iron Sand] Keep in mind this only works for Iron. If I remember your clan request correctly, you posted as if you were utilizing Gold to kill people. As I was just corrected on by my girlfriend, who knows this kind of stuff, Gold is not a magnetic element. Thus, your character can only utilize Iron, Cobalt, and Nickel, as well as Carbon Steel, as sand. So please keep in mind these are the only elements you can magnetize, unless you use a jutsu that gives something else magnetism.

In general, your profile is in order. Their are a few things that need to be adjusted, and i showed them on your profile in this repost.
Strengths/weaknesses: You are basically trying to treat them as extra attributes, or custom technqiues when that is not what they are intended for. For strengths, stick to a general description such as "Mokuton" if you wish him to have a strength in the area. You weaness (that has been struck through) is just mearly describing the nature of your characters build (chakra and stamina) and not neccessarily a weakness of the character. If you still wish to keep that, then maybe state it "lacks long combat endurance" to show you are weak (hence weakness) in that area.
Personal atributes: Your personal attributes were both cast out. We do not do anything "by rank" as a personal attribute system, especially ones that involve reducing chakra cost. Additionally, taking away your fire weakness (which you labled as a weakness...) will also not work. In term, please edit. Maybe you can make it so that you mokuton grows twice as large? No power increase, but definitely a useful trait.
The second one i will have to argue on, specifically that Fuuin is supposed to be for jounin+ for a reason. Additionally, canon wise, one had to be a very stron ninjutsu person to really understand the grasp on how to utilize this. My ruling on this is that you may reduce it to chunin, but may still not learn any A rank seals and above until you make jounin.
