Thing with Asia is,everything is easy as long as you got money to grease the way...expecialy here,Corruption Country... am going to germany beginning of july for a year or two,got a job at a bar,so im gonna learn bartending and cooking there,and while im working im gonna let the bar be constructed... and when i come back...Big Opening Partee...Vodka Overflowing... Draft Beer, Girls in Corsettes... twisted one thing i got to say bout the Phillipines is that they have the most beautyfull girls in the world...

Anyway, hrm....you're going for a "Gothic" style of bar? How do you plan to pull that off? What style of decor are you going for? Modernized? Original?

Im planning on a black marble (immitation marble that is,so its cheaper) floor,hopefully i can find marble that can be polished so it will have a semi-refelctiveness,then i want chrome tables with a black metal top,a single white vase on all of em with one red flower. then a bar made from greyish black stone maybe and behind the bar im gonna put a glass plane where water will slide down.and there are dim lights behind that,to give it a glowing attribute. the lights will be candle light yellow,and only a few of them. Its only a beginning though and advice is always welcome... then at the far end there will be a small platform with a mic where you can stand and read poetry,perform a song,or do anything you want for 10 mins. then there will be couches and bean bags in fron of the platform for the listeners. (the tables are in a seperate area for the restaurant part.)

That helps determine things at a faster pace, depending on how much you can raise towards the building itself. I spend a lot of time working on houses in my head...and build them out of Jenga peices, due to lack of funding and a computer capable of running adequate CAD software.

Macabre_Cogitation Okay, now that you have grounds for this basis. Do you have any floorplans drawn up already? That helps determine things at a faster pace, depending on how much you can raise towards the building itself. Well,try Sims 2. twisted its a easy architectural tool. hahaha. and if you download the wallpaper and item makers you can furnish and deco it. Thing is im planning to make it a pretty small Resto-Bar,to get a familiar athmosphere going... maybe 30-40 sq.m for the Bar and the platform Chillout room,then another 20 sq.m for the adjacent resaturant.

I know the Sims is a good CAD game for such things, but, I lack the hardware to support such actions.
I just mentally build things...it saves time and frustration...
