Snickering as the Rabbit lists off the case by case scenarios. No surprise that most of them are dead. And considering a couple of them she knew were probably poison commission. It just reminds her how effective she can be. Her ears twitch when she feels a source of magic in the room that shouldn't be. You feel that Dory? confused

 *snorts awake as he's jostled about*
EARTHQUAKE! Ry, get under the table!
*starts flailing*He lives after all... for now.
*waits for the minotaur to plunk him back down before continuing*
The formal accusation reads as follows:
*goes to pretend to read the scroll again, only to remember he tossed it away*
s**t, hold up...
*looks around on the floor and picks it back up, then clears his throat*
"The Queen of Hearts, she made some tarts
All on a summer's day.
The Knave of Hearts, he stole those tarts
And took them quite away!"
*tosses the scroll again**pounds on the table in front of him, one of his fists sliding on a puddle of drool he'd left. He shudders in disgust and quickly wipes his hand on his vest*

 The Queen of Hearts narrows her eyes slightly as she hears the accusation and hears the Knave declare his innocence. mad Theivery in MY kingdom is a direct afront to my generosity and hospitality. evil I take PERSONAL offense to those brazen enough steal from me. Hearing her full name, Hatter bolts upright standing shaking Dory once again on the brim of her hat. She floats over to the stand and before sitting the minotaur comes over and swears her in with the same oath that was used in the last filming of this scene and once again agrees to it. She plunks her bushy tailed hiney on the chair and awaits her questioning, resting her elbow on her crossed knees and her chin in the palm of her hand.

 The Queen of Hearts looks to the King of Hearts and simply motions to the witness. He knows exactly what that means. The King takes a huge drink of his Manhattan polishing it off and as he sets the red custom cut crystal tumbler down he motions to a servant for a fresh one. Taking his current cigar with him, he stands and nonchalantly walks down the few steps of the platform the Royal Thrones are poised upon. Walks over to the witness box and leans against it resting his elbow on the edge as he leans in a bit. He takes a good long drag off his cigar and blows it off to the side. Over the years, he’s had to make all kinds of people talk. You can’t be in his line of business without having this type of responsibility and he’s been rather successful at this particular duty. Giving a very cool upward gesture with his head to the current witness, he begins. Yous know dis Mirtillo ‘ere? Now yous tells Ol’ Gio bout yous dealins wit da Mirtillo an wat yous seen. Hatter looks over to the Knave as His Majesty questions her. Thinking carefully over what his tone meant and then gave a grin. Of course I know the Knave of Hearts. rolleyes Like her lovely Majesty and about 99% of Wonderland I deal with him in my skills of alchemy. And usually those dealings are joined with him and the Duchess when it comes to their toys, lubes, special lotions....hmm what else. Procuring a scroll and un-wraveling it, the parchment rolls all the way down the aisle of the courtroom as she continues on with her long receipt of their orders. Their saddle, their swing, the Duchess's special nails session, their aphrodisiacs, their ball gags, their bath bombs, the Knave's personal viagra potion..... 3nodding

The King watches this long scroll hit the floor and roll all the way across the courtroom as it opens. eek Then comes the reciting of said list which he starts to visibly cringe about the further she reads. emotion_puke Wait……did she say “viagra?” gonk Nah nah!!…… Finisci, fermati, non di più!! stressed This is NOT what he was meaning at all and has to literally walk away a bit and do some pacing to try and shake that s**t off. As he walks by the Knave he looks at this guy with a raised eyebrow. emotion_eyebrow Viagra……Gesù Cristo. He goes back to the witness and holds out a free hand. An less gives dat lis ta da Queen …… turn dat in as “evidence.” Capire? emotion_eyebrow As he waits for her to roll that s**t up and hand it to him he decides to try again. emotion_eyebrow Raising an un-amused eyebrow at the goon. She quickly rolls up the scroll and sets it on fire. All the little ashy bits fall to the floor at His Majesty's feet. What evidence? Also, no. He hates sweets. Mainly because most of what is made have eggs in them and he as well as the Duchess have an allergy to eggs. Why run the risk of his health by just nabbing sweets that could kill him? He's a rogue and all I know but it seems counter productive that something as simple as having the excretion of a Wonderland foul give chance of killing another life. When normally eggs are a vital part of living, feasting, giving sustenance to a body with protein and that white fully egg whites stuff. I means REALLY it's truly UNHEARD of that this world would deign to make something like that a deadly vice, perhaps the amount of butter, oils and what not in a baked good sure but I really don't think that.....

I WILL HAVE ORDER IN MY COURTROOM!!! scream Points to the Knave as she stares at the King. evil He walks over to the defense desk and slams his open palm onto it and then points to the Knave with his cigar spilling ash onto the table. YOUS SHUT YOUS YAP!! OL’ GIO AIN’T INTERROGATIN YOUS YET!! scream evil Not very pleased the evidence when up in flames, he still has to admire her pinaché and the fact she destroyed it right to his face. That takes moxie. Her confession is hard to really pin down her point. He has a hard time trying to focus on what exactly she’s talking about. Sure, he’s seeing her flapping her gums, but he seriously can’t make sense of what she’s trying to say. This broad is starting to give him a headache. stressed Nah nah!!…… Gesù Cristo!! Again he has to walk a bit to shake that s**t off and returns to the witness. Points to the Knave. So yous dint sees dat guy swipe no tarts? emotion_eyebrow

She lets Her Majesty bring order to the court. Knowing better than to speak when she's pissed. Hearing the Kings blunt question she shakes her head. Almost throwing Dory off her hat as she did. Nope, no tarts. I'd sooner see him swipe gold, or some shiny loot, or maybe some hair gel, or jabberwocky scales you know they go for a real good price in the Wonderland Black Market. Or a nice pair of heeled boots for the Duchess, or someone's wallet.....
