Sirius gave him a look. "Have you been reading muggle comics again, James? No, I don't think Pete's an alien. I think there is something going on, though. We should find out what it is."

"Yeah you're probably right. By the way what did Greyback want?"

"Checking up on Remus. I know he had to have known what was happening with him, but the arse didn't say anything about it."

"Just be thankful he didn't turn you into a werewolf. You being my mate stops him from harming you. He doesn't see turning someone into a werewolf as harm so he probably would have been able to do it." Remus opened his eyes. "And he was there to try and find a weak spot in mine and Sirius' bond. If he wasn't there with me during the full moon he would have tried and convince me that you don't love me Siri. And if you were there as a human he would have turned you and gotten me to believe the best place for us with you being newly changed was with the pack."

Sirius jumped at Remus's voice. "Isn't he just a ray of sunshine," Sirius grumbled. "Sounds like magic with an obvious loophole," he added with a sigh.

"I'm going to leave his pack. Then he won't know where we are or what's going on with us. And he won't be able to get on the grounds at all. It'll be fine soon." He kissed Sirius' neck.

"I didn't think you were actually a part of his pack. You be careful. I don't think he'd take kindly to you leaving."

"I am. That's how he's been able to get anywhere near Hoggwarts. And I will be careful. I'll be fine Siri." He kissed him lovingly.

Sirius nodded and sighed. "I hate that man," he grumbled.

"I know you do. I told you I'll leave the pack. You won't have to deal with him anymore."

Sirius nodded again, and closed his eyes, exhausted from the day already.

Remus was glad that Sirius was done talking and that they could finally get some sleep. He laid his head back down and closed his eyes.

James left them alone and went to the dorm to sleep.

"J-James," Peter squeaked as his friend entered the dorm. "Wh-where have you b-been? I couldn't find you a-all n-night."

James raised an eyebrow. "I was were I always am on the full moons, with Remus. Where were you?"

"I w-was st-st-studying. I f-f-f-forgot about the f-full m-moon. Is R-Remus okay?"
