Ok thank you its called the Hikuhiku Eda no Jutsu (Twitching Limb Technique) its under raiton jutsu's. Now my question is that since it stuns mussels and constricts them if a person was struck in the chest by the heart or directly over the heart would it stop the heart by throwing off the timing of the electrical pulses that the heart uses to beat?

I could be wrong, but I think it would just take the wind out of them / make them black out.
Because it's not a sustained or critical stunt, the heart's reset would probably fix it.
