Sirius gave an airy, doggy laugh. "That sounds good to me. For now, we should probably get inside before we fall asleep. We don't want to be caught outside while you're transforming... Or any of us, really."

"Yeah you're right." Remus slipped inside the Shreiking shack with Sirius.

Sirius followed him and curled up on the bed Remus had chosen long ago, his tail resting across his nose.

Remus snuggled up with Sirius. He thought about getting some sleep but he knew he would be woken up almost as soon as he fell asleep. But he was tried and couldn't help but drift off.

Just as he had thought he was woken up for his transformation which wasn't so bad but his stumach was killing him. It hurts so bad it took him a minute to realize he was bleeding. When he did he cried out. "Siri something's wrong."

Sirius was awake in a second and transformed. "What's wrong," he demanded once he was human again.

Tears were streaming down his face. "My stumach hurts and I'm bleeding. I need to get to the hospital wing." Remus threw on some clothes he had there so he wouldn't walk through the school bleeding and naked.

Sirius threw his own clothes on. "I'll carry you. I don't want you walking all the way there. Come here."

Remus nodded. He didn't know if he could walk there with how badly his stumach hurt and being in Sirius' arms always made him feel better . So he moved over to Sirius and wrapped his arms around his neck so he could sweep him up in his arms.

Sirius picked him up easily and made his way to the hospital wing. "Madam Pomfrey," he called, trying and failing to hide the worry in his voice. "Madam Pomfrey, we have more complications than normal."

Madam Pomfry came running out when she heard Sirius. She noticed the blood on Remus's pants. she took him from Sirius and laid him on a bed. "I'm sorry Mr. Black I'm going to need you to wait outside." She drew the curtains around Remus's bed and began her work.

Sirius did not take kindly to that. "Remus," he called. "Remus, what's wrong? What's going on?"

Remus reached threw the curtain and grabbed Sirius' hand. "I'm ok Siri. Relax."

James poked his head in and saw Sirius standing beside a bed with a curtain around it. He walked over. "What's going on?"

"I don't know. He transformed this morning, and he was bleeding and complaining about his stomach hurting. I brought him here, and Pomfrey kicked me out."

"I'm sure he'll be fine. It's probably just something as simple as he scratched himself and didn't realize it." James put his hand on Sirius' shoulder. "He'll get through whatever it is. He always does."

Pomfry came out a few minutes later. "You two can see Remus now. I left a sleeping draught by his bed. Please make sure he takes it soon. He needs rest. Poor dear miscarried."

Remus was laying in bed crying. Only now it wasn't because of physical pain. He was hurt emotionally.

Sirius was shocked as he sat on the bed beside Remus. "Remus..." he whispered, unsure what to say to comfort him.
