I like where you're going from the top down, but once you reach the down it all falls apart. Those pants do not work at all with the theme that you're going for. If they were darker and holeless, they would fit rather well...

Much better, dress slacks would have been preferred, but that works to. Next would be to do something with your shoes. Your overall look is much too regal for a pair of converse. xD
