I've yet to meet a bad one.

Although, I have only met one through school, a half-one through family and two through university. I went out with a US citizen for, ho-hum. About three years?

Almost completly random, but made me think of the Irish discussion: as we've got a lab that's working not only on the Human Genome Project but the Neanderthal one, my uni recently put out a paper detailing why both species have or had red hair. Seems to have been a malfunction on both sapien's parts...

Ricky Gervais, I think you're awesome. I love that you bring up privilege and unwitting prejudice in the text of your programmes and deal with racism, sexism, etc. but it strikes me that none of your main characters are anything other than white or able-bodied, and most of them are male.

I'm just saying.

Also, it got a bit heavy-handed towards the end there.

EDIT: Oh, you know when Ashley Jensen's character Maggie puts on the big red-framed glasses to make herself look "secretarial"?

I havn't really watched any British shows (Lives in Canada, not the U.K), except for some shows on BBC Canada. I've watched Little Britain, which I find absolutely hilarious. :3

I resent Little Britain. I just can't like it. Well, apart from the holiday special they did. Other than that I find it stale, irritating and more than a little uninspired.

Plus it ignores that Northern Ireland exists. ********.
