i can't stand rape but in desire that was okay because they were both secertly willing but i just can't stand when the two guys can't get together because their dancing around so many misunderstandings, time lag is the best eexaple i can think of. that book was almost too stressful to read domokun

When a couple gets close to being a couple then a random person comes in and iterupts them in the first moment. Then... they decide no... lets wait another 15 episodes to notice our love for each other. That gets really annoying.

1) I hate it when a character acts unnaturally seme/uke, like its not even believable. It IS possible to be yourself and still "play your role."
2) When there is nothing going on, just talking. Shut up and get to it!!
3) A minor character intterupts any progress that is going on, and because
of it, ALL progress ceases.
4) Bad art.
5) Mpreg.
6)No plot, what so ever. Sometimes, a PWP is okay, but in a multi chapter story, PLEASE be going somewhere mad

My pet peeves in yaoi animes or mangas or whatever is when the uke says no to sex, its like "WTF ! JUST DO IT, thats why i clicked on the video. " but after no , theres sometimes rape witch is somewhat what i wanted to see xD anyways also when theres a girl in the anime that fell for the uke or the seme and she turns into a b***h trying to get her man. that gets irritating

My pet peeves:
1.) Any incest pairings. I mean seriously, yaoi is one thing but incest is in a whole other league. This is exactly why I could never watch "Papa to Kiss in the Dark" ever again. I hate how that makes it seem cute.
2.) Shotacon and Lolicon pairings, definitely. I won't watch anything that has a little kid with a grown up. That's why I couldn't really enjoy "Loveless" or "Boku no Pico."
3.) Female bashing. Completely unnecessary and it just butchers the character.
4.) Rape where the rapie falls for the rapist. It just makes me want to smash something.
5.) Character Derailment/OOCness (means "out of character): Do not take an awesome person like Riku and Sora of Kingdom hearts and turn them into drunk, abusive or wimpy guy who gets his a** handed to them and Cries too much. Also see above above about the female bashing. Also, nevr in the fiction turn them stereotypically gay by making them give each other pet names like "sweetheart" and "baby". It just seems a little too akward.
6.) Badly written fanfiction.
7.) Making the sex scenes seem more like porno scenes.
8.) Also, yaoi where they are abusive and to much bondage.
This is all I can think of for now....

Seijaku_Ishida 1) Rape in which afterwards, the character has no mental trauma. Non-con, I can stand, but even if...nay, ESPECIALLY if a character enjoys it...there will be emotional damage done. 2) Girly ukes. I'm actually starting to dislike the whole seme/uke thing as a whole. Ukes are VERY often very feminine and are often doing 'womanly' things. 3) Self-lubricating ukes. 'nuff said. I have a few more, but those are the ones that get on my nerves the most. I agree with that for sure! Number 2 is a real issue and happens often.

My only real pet peeve as of late is all the uber outsized porportions on the characters; scream I mean really if they were really built that way 1) they could not engaged in pleasure. 2) they could not go out into public cause they could not cover them selves and be decent.
I also dont like where they have awsome animation going on, and then for some strange reason to show emotions, thay have to go to chibli mode! sad Cant they just relay the emotion normally?
ok that my pets, they are callored and put back in there cages now hehe. ninja

Plots that kinda just taper off. You know, it's going strong and steady, and then it just sort of goes down hill until it ends.

1.) where the uke is soooo f--king girly >_< I hate when they look like girls and I like wtf? I don't mind cute but not girly stare
2.) Consist rape. It's okay sometimes but not all the time..

1) The seme/uke dynamic as a whole. All I ever see is the extremes, the rapist/bully seme and the weepy girly uke, and they're usually stuck in those roles. Real couples switch. And don't always dive straight for the buttsex. neutral
2) Female-bashing. Fangirls who bash female characters are just... argh. I've run into them when running yaoi panels and they were obnoxious and rude and derailed the entire thing with their ranting.
3) Rape as an expression of love. (K. Haruka, I am looking at you.) Does. Not. Compute. Grabbing someone unwilling who is suffering and raping them does not mean 'I love you' or 'life is worth living'. No matter what doujinka say.
3.5) Sex as healing right after rape. On what planet does that even make sense? Someone who's been raped is NOT going to want sex. They're not going to want to think about it, talk about it, anything. Forcing them to have sex will not immediately cure their ills.
... that was a longer rant than I expected to have. xD;;;;;

the only thing the bugs me in a yaoi is when you have to many Ukes! Its hard to figure out how is who, and in role plays no one ever wants to be seme Dx its hard on us real ukes, I am uke in real life people! not some pretend person! geez! Okay..now..there are more, like the hole not enough smex, and things like that. But I'm good with most of the yaoi that others hate. say what you will. I am a freak. I now It I except it. so get over it! I really hate it when a girl gets pissed when she likes a guy that is gay/bi and chooses the guy as well. I mean come one just because where both guys does not mean we cant like each other! of course lots of other things annoy me. But I just get annoyed ease so I'll stop here ^ ^
