I could be both, though I prefer to be uke. I like to be dominated more so then not. It's also more stimulating to me. *shrugs* But if I feel that my partner is being to gentle I'll take control. Tis simple as that.
...I'll also be seme is my partner is inexperienced or smaller then me. But some reason I always attract these over dominate semes. *shakes head*

If I were to base it on personality, I'd have to say uke.
However, I've never actually been involved in a serious relationship before, so anything's possible, I guess. o~o
