excaliburace Wind-Up Pickpocket I would look at his cards you can tell a lot form some ones deck~ Look at mine for example it was made to deal mass amounts of damage and were out my opponent's MP as quick as possible. All thought effective at both I become a glass house do to my lack of defensive card thus by storing up tons of MP i'm easily defeated ^^: or until i restructure my deck Wow...I should really start teaching at the school again. You're easily defeated because you have NO control over what your opponent can do. You can do as much damage as you want; none of it will matter if your opponent has a Goburimon or a reverse. Or if someone uses a hide on you. Then what? You're absolutely screwed. Your deck should be able to be used in more than one way, so that it can counter anything your opponent throws at you. Having a deck that just does one thing will make beating you a cinch. False: I did block his healing and i did eliminate his MP. Note only that the reason i lost is a green card I would of had im in 2 to 3 turns if it had played out they way i though ^^; even though i haven't battled in a long time I still have been around the Battle block @Liger thanks i still want my green thumb deck

You stood a chance because, no offense to Lief, your opponent didn't have a very good deck. Face a strong opponent with your strategy and you will lose. Every. Single. Time. You have no control over the flow of a battle. None. It will always be your downfall. You should've won that battle. Your deck should have a counter to EVERYTHING. Including Positron Cannon.

Believe me no offense taken, I didn't exactly complete my strategy before the tournament started and decided not to change it out. I know it's extremely weak!

*jumping in to save Gemakun heart
Umm.... Just throwing in my 2cents because I wanted to know, but how exactly do you counter Positron sweatdrop
Of course there is the insurance of a revive, but other than that... what is there? Green cards are pretty much unstoppable unless you "steal" them stare

excaliburace Wind-Up Pickpocket excaliburace Wow...I should really start teaching at the school again. You're easily defeated because you have NO control over what your opponent can do. You can do as much damage as you want; none of it will matter if your opponent has a Goburimon or a reverse. Or if someone uses a hide on you. Then what? You're absolutely screwed. He does have Metalgarurumon which at a cost would be able to take out one of the two. Still there is nothing to be done if your opponent has first turn.Your deck should be able to be used in more than one way, so that it can counter anything your opponent throws at you. Having a deck that just does one thing will make beating you a cinch. I agree with this, but... I have to say, his deck is pretty well rounded for him to not be a seasoned battler like you and I...False: I did block his healing and i did eliminate his MP. Note only that the reason i lost is a green card I would of had im in 2 to 3 turns if it had played out they way i though ^^; even though i haven't battled in a long time I still have been around the Battle block @Liger thanks i still want my green thumb deck You still lost though, didn't you? You stood a chance because, no offense to Lief, your opponent didn't have a very good deck. Face a strong opponent with your strategy and you will lose. Every. Single. Time. To each his own... we can't all have the rare cards that seem almost cheap to use... >.>You have no control over the flow of a battle. None. It will always be your downfall. You should've won that battle. Your deck should have a counter to EVERYTHING. Including Positron Cannon. Like I said before there isn't really a sure fire way of stopping the LAZER!!! And I'd like to think he has control... Fungus for a battle penality, Wand to stop healing, Gust to Eliminate MP and Impmon for a last resort non-blockable damage. Sure his cards might be a little out dated, but this tournament came up with no warning and only three days to prepare xD
edit: And what steal cards are there? Besides Envy which what, like two people (not including GW) have and that dark kyubimon card?! and revive cards don't exactly fall from trees now a days sweatdrop Someone will always have the upper hand >.>

Green cards are pretty much unstoppable unless you "steal" them stare Thank you but I don't need to be saved I had a strategy going into the battle and sadly I didn't calculate the green cards (Back in my day we just had red blue and gold) so I thought I was covered with gust but I wasn't that was my only real flaw. Other than that I feel that I laid my game down flat and did quit well for my first battle out of retirement.
