I mean after all i want fresh start as in start from the bottom and earn my way back to where I once was I feel thats the right thing to do after leaving. I might PM GW about it just to make sure

I couldn't reply to you through pm so I'll just post it here.
This situation has never happened before...
It's alright, I respect your decision in starting fresh again.
You may reclaim a starter digimon in the registry thread if you haven't.
However if you really wish to restart, you must start from scratch meaning you should remove ALL digimon you have, even the ones you still have art for. Your TP won't be affected though.
So the choice is up to you. If you still have some of the digimon from before, I think it would be best to just continue your journey.
