Week 3, day 2: Wednesday, October 27, 2010
Today's intake: •1 med. scrambled egg with veggies •1 slice of whole grain wheat toast •1 ham sandwich made with ham lunch meat, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, avocado, and 12-grain whole wheat bread •ate out at Luna's: veggie burrito made with 2 wheat tortilla, veggies, beans, rice, sauce and cheese. Pink lemonade, ad tortilla chips with salsa.
Today's outtake: •walked 1.5 miles in 30 mins

Week 3, day 4: Friday, October 29, 2010
Today's intake: •egg sandwich made with 1 slice of whole grain wheat bread, veggies, and 1 over easy egg •ate at toppers: 1 6 inch personal pizza with chipotle sauce, red onions, and jalepenos. 1 large salad with Asian dressing •small slice of birthday cake (chocolate) •1 grilled cheese sandwich with mozzarella, and whole grain wheat bread
Today's outtake: •walked 1.5 miles in 30 mins
Just a rant: I have no idea how many points I ate today. I really have to stop eating and start running again. crying when I'm in a hurry though, eating out is the best option. Grrr. Oh well, I weighed myself today out of curiosity, and I'm still 177.5. I have to try harder.

Week 3, day 6: Sunday, October 31, 2010
Today's intake: •1 egg cheese sandwich made with 1 over easy egg, 1 slice of whole grain wheat bread, and mozzarella. •1 tilapia filet, veggies, and brown rice •mini box of strawberry nerds •1 bar of twix •peanut m&m's

Just a rant: My scale has been inaccurate. I have to step on it multiple times to get a correct reading and it's really annoying. Matthew bought a new scale and according to his scale, I'm 174. According to mine, I'm fluctuating between 177.5 and 176. The last recorded weight was from my scale and I dunno how true it is. I'm thinking of buying my own scale or something. Oh well, that'd be really cool if I were 174. Almost out of the 170's!!

Today's intake: •1 egg sandwich made with mozzarella and 2 vegan breads (6 pts) •2 wheat pita tacos made with 1 wheat pita, ground beef, shredded cheese, beans, rice, lettuce and tomatoes. (10 pts) •1 wheat turkey bologna sandwich with mozzarella cheese (6 pts) •2 small homemade tacos made with corn tortilla, chicken, lettuce, and light shredded cheese. Mexican rice and baked beans on the side (9 pts)
Today's outtake: •30 min walk (+2 pts)
29/24 pts -5 from the weekly allowance. Total is 7 so far.
