well it helps i have had been in a dance/singing group
learned alot of dancing from the group
ok i requested the band to do a slower how down so we dont have that again
take your partner do a side step

OH thank you for slowing down a bit, at my age, I could break a hip, or a sweat or something lol
I remember going to a club when I was 18, 19 and this man waltzed me, and when I say he waltzed me, I mean he WALTZED me lol

Honey, my feet never even touch the floor,
he picked me up and swung me around ...
and only after twirling the dance floor 3 or 4 times rapidly did I get to sit back down
