If it ain't legal then Im sorry but I am 99% sure that it is, otherwise it´s been illegal in the contests Ive seen it. I know there was a guy a long time ago who got a rookie from some other guy wearing one of those black hats, It might have been a Wormmon but I´m not sure, it was a bug type, im pretty sure of that.
