dinner -- string cheese and 2 girl scout cookies (300)

oh oh my book is at the book store!!! yay i finally get my reward~!

exercise -- 3 1/2 hours hiking

bkfst -- 1 bagel w/ 1 egg. (200 + 90)

snack-- string cheese and apple (150 cals)

lunch -- H.Choice pizza (330 cals)

snack --

dinner -- 2 whole grain wraps w/ refried beans, veggies, and shrimp. (500?)

snack --

water -- 48oz / 64oz

too sore to do anything today.

And all I lost from yesterday was freakin' 0.2 of a lb. Though my ankles were swollen so I know I'm retaining water.

188.4 lbs

Yet tomorrow may be up or down, I haven't been the best today.

I haven't been on in a couple days. Had a binge on friday.. a drinking binge that is. Oh well, I'm still recovering from that lol

I've been gone for a while. A friend of mine was thrown out of his house the other day with no warning or reason. Just went home the locks were changed and his stuff was in trash sacks on the side of the house. So needless to say I've been a little lacking on internet.

but in good news I stood on the scale and I'm still holding strong at 189.0lbs

god damn my slacking.


It's been very troublesome for me lately. What with my friend being kicked out and all of that drama bull. And then last week was spring break.


Yet despite all of this I am very happy to report that I have maintained at 189. This morning was a high of 189.4, but yesterday wasn't the best.

I'm thinking of joining the navy.... so i need to weigh a little under 160.

So that's 30 lbs !!!! crying I'm gonna do it damn it and hopefully by christmas I'll be in.


also it's the same for the air force
