Rumors and Plants (NightWerewolf here)

"If you leave I'm sure she'd stop you there. And I really don't want you to sleep on the floor, so I guess my bed is the only option." She bit her lip out of nervousness. "Plus, I don't want you to leave."

Alex nodded. "You know you're probably right about Riley." He smiled and sat on the edge of her bed. He chuckled a bit nervous. "So... you're bed it is then."

Eva nodded and then got underneath the covers. "I don't know what it is about her." She shrugged.
It's like she's my matchmaker. Eva thought.

Alex nodded and got under the covers with her, blushing slightly. He felt uncomfortable wearing his shirt, but he didn't want to take it off. Not with the postition they were in.

Eva got out of the bed and turned off the light. She climbed back into bed and felt her cheeks burning. "Goodnight." She smiled as she snuggled deeper in the blankets.

Alex nodded and kissed her cheek gently."'Night Eva." He blushed, glad the lights were off as he rolled on to his side, facing her, and closed his eyes.

Eva smiled and blushed. She turned to him and watched as she fell asleep. The next morning, she woke up and realized her head was resting on his shoulder and his arm was draped around her. Eva could see Riley asleep in the corner of her room. Even though he wasn't awake yet she blushed and smiled. She was so comfortable, she didn't want to move.

Alex smiled in his sleep. At the slightest hint of movement he unconsciously wrapped his arms around Eva, holding her close to him in a hug.

She breathed in his scent. The smell reminded her of the fresh woods. For some reason, she snuggled closer to him. The warmth from his body made her want to go back to sleep but it was hard when the sun was shining through her window.

Alex woke up slowly and looked down to realize that he was hugging Eva, and that she was snuggling up to him. He smiled and kept quiet, enjoying the moment.

Riley woke up and jumped on the bed. She lied on top of Alex and rested in front of Eva. Eva smiled and began to pet Riley. A few minutes later she looked up at Alex. "Good morning." She smiled.

((i'm going to bed. g'night.))

Alex watched as Riley came up then looked at Eva. "Morning. How'd you sleep?" He asked not just ready to release her from his hug.

(Ok, goodnight.)
She smiled up at him. "I slept good." She told him.
Really good. Eva stroked Riley and Riley licked her hand.
"What about you?" She asked Alex. "How did you sleep?"

Alex smiled back at her and yawned. "I slept great. Very... comfortable." He chuckled a little.

Eva chuckled and Riley meowed. She stroked her cat and they both stayed there near Alex for awhile. The phone rang and Eva picked it up. "Hello?" She said into the receiver.

"How's my only daughter?" Her mother said with a smile on her face.

"I'm fine." Eva sighed.

"It must be 7 o' clock over there. Why are you up?" Her mother asked.

"Because you called, mother." Eva smiled.

"There's a man next to you, isn't there?" Eva rolled her eyes.

"Goodbye mother." Eva sang as she hung up the phone. Eva lied back down on Alex's chest. "My brother's have a big mouth."
