Perhaps the "missing piece" that you and Ronzalpha201 speak of is something lower. Your upper body is quite well equipped without being cluttered. I think that if you wish to add, do something to the lower portion of your avatar.
I still think that your avatar is rather spectacular, though.

I think that this look is much better and cleaner, for you. I still do not like Gwee, but that is a personal choice. I think that your red and green are a tad clashing, without any other colour.
