(( One last post, then we can pick up later. glad you're feeling better. ))
Daniel shrugged his shoulders in frustration.
"Well, that's just it. That's exactly where I keep getting stuck up. My problem is I have few memories that are older than two months. And the few that have come through have been scrambled and confused. And sad. Sad, but I don't know why. It's so frustrating to feel something and not know why you're feeling it."{{Dang I wish I would have thought to take Aleve sooner rather than ibuprofen. That stuff is amazing for muscle relaxation! I can turn my head a little bit now and can raise my hands over my head!!
biggrin }}
Jessi watched the two elves walk toward the lounge after she told them where Miro was. She recognized them as Ryzan and Tes since they had been here before, though Ryzan for a longer period of time than Tes. A person didn't forget dark elves easily since they weren't common. She should have guessed that the only other elf she had met, Miro, would be friends with them. She wished she would have thought about that earlier so she could have called MW and asked for them to come and help her. She hated seeing how scared Miro looked because she was lost. Jessi was very glad that Tes and Ryzan had showed up to help her. She hoped that Miro would come back again soon, and not because she was lost next time. She seemed like the type that would enjoy Aqua Springs' fun atmosphere.
Jessi sighed softly and nodded her head emphatically at what Daniel had said earlier, briefly removing her chin from the top of her fingers as she did so. "Hell yeah it is. And that was Ryzan and Tes. They mostly stay at MW, though Ryzan has been here to talk with Amy before."
She dropped her leg to the ground and then curled both legs up under her. "You know, Daniel, not to belittle your situation at all because I know what you're going through is very serious and I'm sure very frightening and frustrating. But, most people, especially women, have a very difficult time always understanding their feelings and knowing why they're feeling what they're feeling. What you're feeling might not be entirely because you have lost your memory."
She smiled gently at him. "That's why I think talking can help. It might help you sort out your feelings. That's normal for everyone. So see? Right there is one way you're similar to other people. You're not completely odd or different."
Jessi hoped Daniel was okay with a little innocent teasing. She had given him advice, though. It was harder to try and not help someone out than she thought it would be.
