@Kitten: I also hate people like that...especially in teacher form. Just ask her this..."If you're such a know-it-all, then why're you teaching us __(insert grade level here)__ and not doing something more productive with your life instead?
If she answers with something along the lines of "I love kids" or "I love to teach kids" then just say "Well, if you would be an engineer/shuttle worker/etc then we could get a nice teacher an you wouldn't have to listen to us make fun of you all the time"
That should leave her speechless.
