With pin and cloak in hand, the witch temporarily let go of Amphi to attach both to her person, making the motion quite quick as she was loathe to really lose the ghoul in all the hub-bub of passing through the portal. Once the cloak had been fastened around her neck and clasped together with the pin, she was back to grabbing for the mermaid. Next came actually passing through the portal, though the witch gave a curious look to the slime monster and his advice. Don't eat the bread? But wouldn't Human food taste just awful? Who would ever want to eat that?! Not really wanting to stick and argue semantics (though she was vastly curious about the whole thing), the witch only shrugged in acceptance of the fact and hopped on through the portal. Walking seemed just not good enough for world jumping. It was quite a surprise to hop through the portal and find oneself weighed down with quite a lot of fabric, especially when one was used to such and intentionally dressed down for the excursion. Belladonna made a small noise as she tripped forward, flapping her hands excitedly. Eyes went wide as she twirled in spot, head ducked down to look at her dress in a fashion that made her look a bit like a foxfire trying to catch its own stubby tail. A blue and gold dress was her disguise, something a little more extravagant perhaps, but the witch was mostly pleased. "Blue? Oh well I wouldn't have chosen that, but its a nice dress..." Her hands flapped again before one reached up to touch at her hair. It had mostly been piled on her head in a complicated style, though two big tendrils of bright red curls fell down over her shoulders. Thankfully her bust was still the same, even if it was more covered than she might like.
The call of her name made the witch turn to a dark hair girl that might have resembled Amphi more had she retained more of her features. The witch was lucky, she already looked pretty human save for her pink eyes... With a start she was back close to Amphi, grabbing her hand up and hopping in place. "Amphi! Amphi! What color are my eyes? Are they pink? Tell me they're pink!!" They weren't. Now they were a cornflower blue, almost matching her dress in color. Other concerns seemed immediate as Belladonna dropped her gaze down to the mermaid's corset that seemed poorly tied. After a moment of studying she looked back up with a small smile. "That looks uncomfortable... I can re-tie it for you, if you like!" They were both ghouls after all, it wouldn't be a big deal! And after it was all fixed they could find their little ghoul group again!

Roch shouted a command as he pulled himself free before darting off like someone had set fire to one's tail. The hellhound placed a hand on the smaller, delicate ones on his arms, slowly pushing them away. The women responded with melancholy expressions and pleas to have him stay a bit longer. He simply shook his head, nodding his head as he rose to his feet. It was best to stay with the group the best that they could.
If he recalled correctly, Roch went... that way.
It didn't take too long for him to find the fellow student again, he had a decent short term memory to recall faces. Let alone smells even if they were inhibited here. If humans were like everyone else (excluding most ghosts), everything had a smell to them, even the faintest.
"Roch?" He questioned, looking at the instrument that was being held. He had seen it before, but never one being used. It certainly not a 'broken guitar' but a much more ancient instrument. "I can pay for half." He offered.
He didn't like having other people's money anyway.

It took the ghoul a moment before she realized someone was addressing her. A few good solid blinks and Olivia's blue eyes turned on the blonde boil, first searching his face for any sort of recollection and then moving on to his cloak to see if he had the pin that they all adorned. They were instructed to blend in with the humans, and honestly she had no idea when she was going to be talking to one since she had gone off on her own.
But, he seemed to have one even though it probably wouldn't have changed much in her tone or manner of speaking. "It is glass," she told him in her quiet voice, holding it up to rest gently on a few of her fingers as it caught some of the light, cascading it across her dark colored clothing, in a way so he could see what she had done. ('cause she liked it. She was going to have to show it to the others she knew).
Which probably wasn't a very good idea as it was creating a magnified area of heat on her leg. It had to be moved, gently though. Even though she was aware of what the item in her hand was made of, she was still going to be careful as he had suggested; just not in such a direct path of the sun. Which was hot. Making her a little warm. A little uncomfortable even. She was still smiling though, especially to this new boil who had spoken to her.

Junko was so relieved that she hadn't changed very much. She held her hand over her eyes close enough that she should have seen the glow of them fill the darkness, but there was nothing. Okay...that was fine. Her hair? Ah, good. It was still the right length. The only thing that bothered her was the lack of mouth on the back of her head; guess sometimes it paid off to look fairly human even as a monster. She did like her dress, the sleeves reminded her of her typical style of choice, and the color was nice..the collar reminded her of something Riley would wear. It was strange with the cloak but she would deal with it.
She had fallen behind her friends because while she had kept her hair's length it did not move, so she was stuck braiding it...completely by hand.
Completely by hand.
She was so very thrilled.
"...Oh dear. Where did everyone go.." Shoot. Some of her friends were hard to find when they looked human. She searched desperately for faire goers wearing the same pin and cloak combination as herself until she was nearly trampled by a horse.
"Whoa! Whoa! Hello, young lass. You appear lost." The man tugged the reigns of his horse to step back away from the young, long-haired girl. He looked impressed. Nice wig. Are those extensions?
Junko blushed. "Ah, a little. Um...that is a very lovely horse you have." A strange looking man ran to her side then, taking her by the elbow to guide Junko to the side. The man on the horse continued on.
"My lady! You must watch where you step, you could have seen your end! I do not recognize your face, and I know everyone here..would you like to participate in some festivities? Perhaps a bet on the jousters?"
Junko blinked. What..?

Sin smiled at Belladonna's enthusiastic introductions, ah she'd taken on one of the first years from the Big Brother Program, well Belladonna was perfect for that sort of thing. She turned back to Junko, the ghoul really was incredibly modest just as she remembered, but now of course she seemed a bit less nervous. It was a bit of a surprise to hear that The Mistress was behaving as well, my how things changed. For a moment she felt keenly the way she'd allowed herself to hold even these ghouls who she called friends at such a distance that she barely knew them past the superficial level. It was no wonder her trust in her fellow students was shaky at best, even her best friend Julian was eyed suspiciously these days.
She smiled at Lizzy, at least she still remembered everyone's name, thank goodness for social grace.
"Lizzy nice to see you again as well. You and Junko moving ahead with the boutique? I really must have another of your designs Junko before you get so in demand that I won't be able to squeeze in!"
She still had a kimono Junko had designed for her, but she'd grown since her first year at Amityville and it needed to be tailored a bit to keep from being indecent.
She blinked as Rengath suddenly punted the box off the stage and spoke, a small smile appeared as he lit the DETH pamphlets on fire. Good, Sin didn't sympathize with humans in the slightest and she utterly despised hunters on sight. She still glowed with pride from her FEAR harvesting excursion even though it had only been the FEAR of little scarelings. This though! Rengath was saying that they were going to actually go among humans and…wait what? She had to lockdown her FEAR and 'be' a human?!
Sin almost opened her mouth to protest but the Professor was already going on about not whining and how it was only for a day. Ugh! She took a pin and cloak and eyed them, for a moment she had a flash of a thought…like Om. She hurried to the portal and blinking as she spotted the boogieman hurriedly put on the cloak and pin…though the cloak she considered rather hideous.
She glanced once at Belladonna and blinked.
"You know darkling, you can make anything look good…" Sin gave a wistful sigh and then smiled.
Sin stepped through the portal and then looked around curiously, she paused as…oh Jack was that Professor Rengath? What happened to his devilish good looks?! Oh no…she looked down and cringed as she noticed her beautiful violet skin was now a pale human peachy color, wings…gone, claws…gone, she couldn't see her own eyes but she hated to think of what drab color they'd become. It was almost enough to make her cry, she pulled the hood of her cloak up for a moment and then sighed and let it fall back. Everyone looked different…and not necessarily in a good way.
