Bernadette stopped and brushed a piece of hair from her face. As she looked about a little she noticed Alex. "Alex wait a moment." She called to him. She put the broom inside the shop and brushed some dust off her front before going out and walking towards him.

Alex blinked and turned to face the voice, a bit surprised to find it was Bernadette. "Yeah?" He wasn't trying to be rude or anything, he just didn't know what else to say.

She sighed as she came up to him. "Look about last night.... I'm sorry." She couldn't seem to look at him and twisted her fingers around. After this point she really wasn't sure what she should say to him.

"About what? If anything I should be the one to apologize. I pushed the issue a bit to hard and got what I deserved." He said softly, looking at her. He realized she wasn't looking at him. She must have felt bad for snapping at him last night. The least he could do was try to make her feel not so guilty.

"You didn't deserve that. I.... I over thought somethings and it freaked me out a bit. I shouldn't have snapped at you for them." She glanced up at him. She thought it was sweet he said what he did, but she didn't deserve it. She was rude and hadn't handled it well last night.

"If you're looking for my forgiveness Bernadette, consider it yours. And I'm sorry for saying what I did to." He said with a nod, putting his hand on her shoulder and giving her a warm smile.

"I wasn't looking for it. I just wanted to apologize." But she smiled glad that he wasn't angry or hurt by her.

"Well then in that case thank you. I'm glad we didn't have to leave things in the situation they were." He said with a slight nod. "I should get going though. I'll see you in a bit, maybe stop by the shop." He shrugged.

"Yeah... I'll see you around then." Bernadette smiled a little more the then slowly walked back to the shop. She was glad they were okay again, her head even hurt less.

He smiled, watching her head back into the shop before he continued down the street. He really wasn't in any rush, but he was planning on spending his extra money. He blushed slightly at the thought, knowing she might give him a fit. But he dismissed it and head into the jewelry shop anyways.

Bernadette spent the rest of her time working happily. She thought about last night, before her small panic attack and attack of Alex. She even thought about tell her grandmother about his offer.

After a little while Alex walked out of the shop with a small box in hand. He put it in his pocket and started walking back the way he had originally came. As he got to the herb shop he stopped outside debating whether or not to go in.

The old woman was going out to get some fresh air. "Oh hello Alexander." She smiled sweetly.
Bernadette was in the back.

He faced the older woman and bowed slightly out of respect. "Hello. Didn't expect to run into you out here."
