Today's intake:
•8 oz of honey nut cheerios, 8 oz of non fat milk
•1 banana
•1 turkey burger made with a wheat bun, mozzarella, and light mayo
•breaded lean tilapia filet, veggies, white rice

Week 1 day 4: Friday, October 15, 2010

Today's intake:
•8 oz of honey nut cheerios
•8 oz of non fat milk
•2 honey n oats granola bars
•lasagna 
•large salad from toppers with ranch dressing 
•chocolate covered strawberry
•2 vegan slices of bread
•1 crab cake patty
•green tea with 1 tsp of Irish cream syrup

Today's outtake:
•walked 1.5 miles in 30 mins in PE class

Today's intake:
•2 vegan slices of bread
•veggie patty
•small portion of an avocado
•Boca burger with a white bun
• small salad with olives and light Greek feta dressing
•white rice
•arrowhead flounder (small amount probably 4 oz)
•half a baked potato (plain)
•1 fudgecickle 
•homemade manaeesh mozzarella cheese.

Today's intake:
•1 scrambled egg with veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper strips, 2 tbsp of sliced black olives)
•1 vegan slice of toast
•green tea with 1 tsp of sugar free Irish cream syrup
•crab cake patty with mozzarella cheese and a wheat bun
•blueberry bagel with cream cheese
•small thin slice of chocolate cake

End of week 1: Weight Watchers

WOOHOO!! I lost 2 pounds which puts me at 178.5! I'm so happy I could cry! I'm so happy to be out of the 180's finally. It's so hard to believe that at one point, I was 197...well, I'm proud for losing a total of 18.5 lbs. I have to keep it up. It's so hard exercising 'cause of the weather. It's been cold, rainy and thunderstorms all week. Oh well, I'll use my moms machine when I can and if I want to join that gym, I have to see first how much it is and wait till I have some more money.

Week 2 day 1: Tuesday, October 19, 2011

Today's intake: 
•8 oz of cheerios
•8 oz of non fat milk
•1 scrambled egg with veggies
•1 pita
•1 turkey patty with a wheat bun and light mayo
•spinach salad with vinaigrette dressing, light mozzarella cheese, olives, and other veggies. 
•veggie patty with 2 vegan slices of toast

Week 2, day 2: Wednesday, October 20, 2010

Today's intake:
•easy mac. 
•Boca burger with a white bun, lettuce, and tomatoes. 
•home made personal pizza with 1 pita, 1 T of sauce, olives, veggies and light cheese. (only ate half)
•1 small salad with Greek dressing, veggies, and light cheese
•large salad with veggies, deviled eggs, and ranch dressing. 

Today's outtake:
•sped walked 1.75 miles in 30 mins

Week 2, day 3: Thursday, October 21, 2010

Today's intake: 
•a home made personal pizza using 1 pita, light cheese, 1 tbsp of spaghetti sauce, 2 tbsp of olives and 1 tomato seasoned with basil and garlic powder. (I really with I had oregano)
•veggie sandwich with Vinaigrette dressing, and ranch dressing mixed with garlic 
•small spinach salad with vinaigrette dressing, olives, feta, tomatoes, and artichoke heart
•another small home made personal pizza made with 1 pita, light mozzarella cheese, 1 tbsp sauce, olives, bell peppers, broccoli, and seasoned with garlic powder and basil. 

33/24 pts. 

Just a rant:
Oops!! Gotta stop eating out! At least the dough from uptown is vegan friendly! heart so I really don't think that sandwich cost a lot of points. It was the ranchgarlic dressing in it! sweatdrop

•hame made pizza made with 1 pita,1 table spoon of sauce, 2 tbsp of olives, bell peppers, and 1 tomato. 
•1 Boca patty with 2 vegan slices of wheat wheat bread, bell peppers, and 1 tomato
•homemade manaeesh with mozzarella cheese
•8 oz of non fat milk with 8 oz of honey nut cheerios.

Today's outtake:
•sped walked 1.5 miles in 30 mins. 
•brisk 2 mile walk in 40 mins

Wow...did not mean to under eat so much.

Today's intake:
•pita pizza with olives and bell peppers
•1 Boca burger made with a white bun, lettuce, and tomatoes
•1 small wheat sub sandwich with ground beef (4 oz), veggies, light sauce and cheddar cheese
•1 slice of wheat bread
•1 rib (it had very small amount of meat, 3 oz at the most)

Today's intake:
•Boca burger made with 1 Boca patty, wheat bun, two small slices of tomato, mozzarella, and olives
•the rest of the tomato with salt. 
•2 pita pizzas made with mozzarella, 2 tbsp of olives on each, and 1 tbsp of sauce on each
•1 mini peanut butter chocolate cup
•2 chocolate dipped strawberries 
•3/4 cup of cheerios with 8 oz of 1% fat free milk

Today's outtake:
•40 min, 2 mile brisk walk

Week 2, day 7: Monday, October 25, 2010

Today's intake:
•2 medium eggs scrambled with veggies
•1 pita
•Boca burger with a wheat bun, tomato, and homemade guacamole. 
•pita pizza with bell peppers, broccoli, mozzarella cheese, 1 tbsp of sauce
•1 snack pack of chocolate vanilla pudding
•1 grilled cheese sandwich with whole grain bread and mozzarella
•buttered popcorn at the theatre

Today's outtake:
•sped walk 1.5 miles in 30 mins

24/24 pts??? (I didn't get a chance to calculate all the points, I had 9 left before the pop corn and sandwich so I'm assuming I ate all my points)

End of week 2:

Lost a pound and a half! I am now 177.0. Once I get down to 175 (I think it was) then I can have 21 or 22 points. Don't remember but I'm pretty sure it was 22 points.
