	Jebebo Synck Jebebo Synck Periods Everyone expecting me to be weaker than the boys cramps long hair the inability to take off my shirt on a really hot day when you've been working in the sun (seriously its just not fair) What do you mean by long hair? Girls aren't forced to have long hair. At least not where I live. I guess i should say thats just for me. my dad hates short hair so i cant get it cut. Oh, bummer. It's your hair, the decision should be up you how you want it. I wanted a mohawk as a kid. My parents wouldn't let me. Now I realize they almost certainly had the right idea.

While I see no issue with mohawks myself, I can at least see some logic there. But prohibiting someone from having short hair just because she's a girl is incredibly stupid. Lots of guys have short hair, so why can't a girl? Heck lots of girls have short hair too actually, just a little less common, but it's not rare. Same can be said about guys with long hair.

I agree with the principle, with the caveat that the parents can at times be right.
