P e t e r - W i n t e r s'Rosaline' lost herself in Eduard's kisses and smiled. "I know it's a little unbecoming for a lady, but I don't care much what they think... Your kisses are too sweet to let pass." Their series of kisses was lasting much longer than Peter had ever intended, but he figured that this was good practice for if they ever had to do it in public and very convincingly so.
Peter finally broke off with a contented sigh. "You're definitely right. It is a perfect start to one's morning..." He snuggled into Eduard's chest. "Do you have any plans today, dear?" If only he could be this comfortable—well, maybe not this comfortable—with Eduard when he wasn't acting.L a d y - R o s a l i n e

Laying back and closing his eyes, Eduard sighed softly, "I have no real plans." he laughed, "I hardly ever do really... I just do whatever comes to mind at the time, unless you have any ideas?" The Marquess looked down at the actor using his chest as a pillow. "Of course we'll need to organize a ball... my father should be returning at the end of the week, so there is THAT to look forward to." Eduard spoke sarcastically, gently wrapping his arms around Peter. "What would you like to do today?"

P e t e r - W i n t e r s"Me, or Peter?" Since Rosaline and Peter were different people, it should follow that they also had different interests. If it was Peter's choice, he'd probably just sit around and spend time with Eduard to try to learn more about his employer. Rosaline, on the other hand, would probably have liked to finish her work in the garden then go out to see a play or some art. That would be more straining on Eduard, probably.
"Well, I think that the first order of business for anyone, especially you, is proper nutrition. You need food." And that's where the personalities came together. Both Peter and Rosaline cared deeply for Eduard. They were also both very calm, for most of the time, and more well versed in sophisticated culture, even though Peter was nothing more than a commoner, technically.L a d y - R o s a l i n e

"Tough decision..." Eduard whispered, thinking over the choice for a long while. If he chose Rosaline, it would probably hurt some of Peter's self esteem... not to mention Eduard would probably be forced to make some sort of public appearance. If he chose Peter, it would probably mean that the day would pass calmly, with Eduard able to make necessary preparations for the coming celebration. The Marquess however, was jolted out of his thoughts by Peter and Rosaline's sudden insistence that he eat. Laughing softly, the man smiled, "What is it that YOU, Peter, would like to do today, hmm? I don't want to force you into dressing in dresses all of the time and, if we stay inside the manor today... well, you can be as comfortable as you like." However, he ignored the need for food... mainly because he still wasn't very hungry. Though, the Marquess knew that Sebastian would also protest his sudden aversion to meals.

P e t e r - W i n t e r s"I-I've already said... I want you to eat..." He pouted, taken by surprise with Eduard's choice. Eduard would rather spend time with him than Rosaline? That made him feel happy.
Due to just acting as Rosaline, he was feeling more comfortable around Eduard than he usually would, hoping that that wouldn't wear off soon, since Eduard always seemed to want that anyways. But, alas, that wasn't the case. He averted his eyes, suddenly shy at his other request. "Other than that... I just want to... s-spend time with you..." Peter really wondered how much of a 'Peter' dosage Eduard could take before getting tired of his company. This was a test for it in a way.L a d y - R o s a l i n e

Sighing, Eduard closed his eyes and lay still for a long moment. Eventually, he spoke, smiling and looking to the young actor. "You and Sebastian will get on quite well. Both of you are so obsessed with making me eat." Of course he was teasing and, as if on cue, there was a knock on the door. No one entered, but the butler's voice was obviously heard on the other side. "Breakfast is served, mi'lords." Sebastian knew they were both in there, and that knowledge made Eduard laugh softly. "If spending time with me is what you wish, then you will have it." the Marquess spoke, carefully sitting up so as not to throw Peter off. "You're actually the first person I can remember in quite some time, who actually WANTED to spend time with me. Usually, I get dragged out of doors into the public's eye." he winked. "Gets a bit tiresome."

P e t e r - W i n t e r sPeter s[rang up, startled at the sudden knock. He blushed when he realized that Sebastian had knowledge that the both of them were in there. How embarrassing. He glanced cautiously at Eduard, but relaxed when he saw a slight smile and heard soft laughter coming from the Marquess. "You really d-don't mind, huh..." he murmured, more so to himself than to Eduard.
Peter got up and debated over what to wear outside of his room. He was wearing light pants and a loose shirt, but decided that that wouldn't be that okay to wear after having worn it to sleep. "Eduard..." Peter was finally calling Eduard by his name subconsciously. "We really aren't going anywhere today?" That way, he could just put on something casual for the whole day. Maybe he'd get more used to wearing dresses...L a d y - R o s a l i n e

Eduard was now sitting on the edge of the bed, his thoughts seeming to have drifted elsewhere. In truth, the Marquess was debating the exact same thing as Peter. "If you wish to remain here, then we shall. I have no reason to leave the manor... and after recent events I'd like to remain away from the public's eye until the party." he smiled slightly, his gaze on Peter now that the actor had his attention once more. "And of course I don't mind. Though... what I'm not minding is a mystery to me, but apparently I don't so no harm done."

P e t e r - W i n t e r sPeter blushed, still sitting in the middle of the bed. "B-but... Doesn't it c-create misunders-standings when p-people... You... I-in bed w-with another m-male?" Peter couldn't even believe that he had said that. He was just worried for Eduard's reputation, but he realized that he could very well have suddenly made things awkward.
Peter was avidly studying the subtle patterns in the blanket, not wanting to look up at Eduard. I'm an idiot... Peter never really thought about things before he said them, so it was most always too late to realize just how odd or awkward he had sounded.L a d y - R o s a l i n e

At this information Eduard raised an eyebrow, obviously thinking over Peter's response. "Sebastian has been in service to my family for years... almost like a father figure to me really..." the Marquess waved a hand over the bed pattern, catching Peter's eye in hopes that the young man would look up. "Of course he'll wonder why I didn't just retire to my own room, but my argument for that will be more than enough to satisfy him. Besides... no one else knows." Eduard shrugged. "So why fuss over it? I can certainly think of more scandalous things that I could be doing right now anyway."

P e t e r - W i n t e r sPeter blushed. More scandalous? That phrase could be taken in so many different ways. But the hand did catch his attention, and he looked up hesitantly, looking more feminine than most women could. "I-I'm sorry..." He regretted ever bringing that up in the first place.
Peter slid off the bed and walked over to his closet, which he had yet to even completely explore, and started picking out a light dress to wear. He had gotten more used to women's clothing in recent times than men's. The choice came naturally to him.L a d y - R o s a l i n e

"There is nothing to be sorry for." Eduard spoke, standing from the bed and stretching his arms up over his head. He was still a bit tired, but thankfully, feeling much better than he had been yesterday. "Besides," the Marquess continued as he went to the door, intent on heading to his own room to dress properly. 'Of course I'm going to need a bath later today... perhaps after breakfast...' he thought to himself before remembering that he'd started a sentence and left it unfinished. "We COULD always just blame Sebastian... maybe he put something to make us both sleepy, to help us relax, in the tea?" of course Eduard was joking, and his light laughter was a testament to that.

P e t e r - W i n t e r sPeter knew Eduard was going to say that. If there was one thing that Peter had learned about Eduard, it was that he was very tolerant of stupid actions and statements, or at least those considered stupid by Peter.
Peter was almost finished with his decision when he looked up to find Eduard at the door. Peter could tell that this was a joke stemming from the events of the last couple of days. He was surprised that Eduard could joke about them so fast after having recovered. He laughed as well. He was starting to understand Eduard bit by bit. Eduard was too light and whimsical at times to be held down by his past. It was a trait that Peter respected in Eduard.
"I'll meet you in the dining room," Peter smiled, almost over his shyness. Now he only got shy and self conscious when he was being teased or when he was addressing a matter of seriousness. That was a large step from his constant shyness before he had met Eduard.L a d y - R o s a l i n e

If only Peter truly knew how the past deeply affected the young Marquess on a day-to-day basis... But as he had grown older, Eduard had learned the hard way that sometimes, it was better for him to laugh at things that had happened, then to dwell on them. Dwelling brought too many emotions... too many fears and regrets... too many moments of rash unbridled anger... Like yesterday... "And I will be there shortly. Make sure Sebastian doesn't come pounding on my door... he'll think I'm trying to run off without breakfast." Eduard spoke with a smile before exiting Peter's room and closing the door behind him.
"That was unexpected." Eduard arched an eyebrow at Sebastian, who was standing just a few feet from the door. "Don't start. I'll be down in a moment, AFTER I get a fresh change of clothes. I smell of sweat." he started to head down the hall until he noticed Sebastian smirking. Sighing, Eduard waved a hand at him, "Not THAT kind of sweat!" Exasperated, the Marquess made his way to his own chambers, intent on changing clothes, while Sebastian waited outside of Peter's door, in case the young actor needed aid finding the dining room.

P e t e r - W i n t e r sPeter quickly threw on a lavender dress and a bra, trying to get completely used to it all, so that if he ever went back to men's clothing, it would feel odd to him. He left his hair as it was, and put on no makeup. There really was no reason to do so. And his hair was long enough that he looked feminine, but out of place as a woman in society. It was an odd balance.
Peter stepped out of the room and was surprised to find Sebastian standing there. "I'm guessing Eduard told you about him not running from breakfast?" Peter laughed, allowing himself to be led to the dining room. He would surely have gotten lost if he had tried it himself, even though he had been there once before. Eduard's house was like a grand maze to him, and it seemed very, very complex.L a d y - R o s a l i n e
