lol no no, i guess the way i wrote that came out wrong. It takes a lot of pastrami to make an ounce. And I needed three ounces.

what'd i say i knew it would be up. but i have to say i was shocked to see 190.6
I was expecting the regular 192 or 193.

Yay maybe I might be getting my book soon~! knock on wood

exercise -- 30 minutes with the dogs

bkfst -- 1 egg white ( 17 cals), half a string cheese (40 cals), an apple (100cals), a bagel (150)

snack--

lunch -- 1/4 cup of cereal, 1 string cheese (80 cals), cup of veggies (25 cals)

snack -- 2 granola bars (180)

dinner -- angel hair pasta (290 cals),egg white omelet (30 cals) with veggies (30 cals) and two slices of ham (60 cals)

snack --

water -- 64oz / 64oz

bkfst -- 3/4 cup of cereal (130 cals) w/ milk (40 cals) and raisins (130 cals). Plus left over cheese (40 cals)

snack-- 1/2 slice of turkey (13 cals) and 1/2 an apple (50 cals)

lunch -- 2oz of turkey (120), bagel (150), 2oz of lettuce(25), mustard (30)

snack -- 1/2 string cheese (40) and 1/2 an apple (50 cals)

dinner -- fett. alfredo (300)

snack -- popcorn and granola (190)

water -- 33oz / 64oz

So I went to get my prize. The Anita blake book Blood Noir. It came out last summer but I never read it. Bad! (I've been slowly re-reading the series, plus it was on my list!)

Anyway, I go to the store and they don't have it!!! crying crying

It's on order and should be here in a week.
