Hard ball in the glass of water... never reaches hard ball stage. I've left it on the stove for much longer than she indicated, still a no-go. Then again, she dash o'this, and pinch of the other so hopefully I got the instructions right. She's been gone 2 years now, and was in a nursing home for about 4 years before that - been at least 7 years since I've had her fudge. My daughter (lil-miss nutrition major) is working on it though, so hopefully she can straighten me out. Maybe I don't have the temp right on the stove-top.

I don't recall her using a double-boiler, might be worth a try.

Questioning Tashi I miss Dunkaroos...with the white frosting. Same. I was just thinking about them, and then getting out every last bit of frosting from that round cup as I could.

I really miss Tropical Sprite Remix, Blue Pepsi, Frosties Root Beer.
Actual Dublin Dr Pepper. I live about an hour away from the Dublin Dr Pepper plant, I was spoiled... They shut the plant down now there is no more Dublin Dr Pepper, just that imposter Dr Pepper with real sugar in the glass bottle. It is not the same! The 23 Flavor Dr Pepper also tastes funky, it's so fruity and blech.
Dunkaroos Handi Snacks Blue Jello Goldburg Bars Chick-o-Sticks Sour Cherry Mash Trix Crunchy M&M's Wonder Balls The cereal they did for the first Rugrats Movie.
I miss all the old candy bars, I remember when they were foil wrapped. Now it's all plastic.
There was another cereal that was insanely good. It was under the brand that had Fruity Pebbles and Coco pebbles but it was cinnamon sugar. I remember it just barely, the commercial for it had the Flintstones and everything.
Oh and Choco Tacos... But I finally found those at Walmart randomly. I remember buying those at the 99 Cent store in town when I was really little.
Oh God. I really miss those Swoops Snacks. They were like Hershey bars and other popular candy bars but made into something that looked like a pringle chip, but they were a candy bar. So. ********. Good.

I miss those 3D Doritos. There's just something so satisfying about biting them in half.

I miss Surge soda, but I think they are selling it on amazon again. Although it's very pricey. I liked PB crisps too (or at least I think that's what it was called) and 3D doritos. I would say dunkaroos, but I can find them in our dollar stores around here. Those are the only things I can think about right now.
