There are too many different shades of blue and white all over the avatar for me to see a color balance. I suggest you to take off the pants since it's color is misplaced. Working on an avatar theme can help a lot your look. No need to get expensive donation items. Commons do a way better job. I also suggest you to add more colors to it because all I see is liiiiiiight colors from head to toe, except for the bird and the skin. Add more life to it! So, I expect some improvement, though it's a good start. :]
