"Going to a skating rink sounds like a very good idea," said Kyo. It was then that he happened to look at the clock, just to check what time it was. It was nowhere near eight o'clock yet, so there was still some free time before school was to begin.

Gikishou smiled and put everything up before walking over to Kyo. He ran a hand through his hair and kissed him softly. "It's a date then." He chuckled and nuzzled him.

A small blush appeared on Kyo's cheeks, heart fluttering with glee. Now he found himself growing eager for school to pass by. At the same time, however, he didn't want this current moment to end.

Gikishou kissed him again, just as softly, before pulling back and running a hand through his hair. "We should head out to the truck. Who knows, there might be bad traffic or something." He didn't want to make Kyo late on accident, after all. He did have another motive, though. This way, Kyo could ask about any assignments. He didn't want his grades to fall because he was sick.

"Right, the traffic," Kyo somewhat echoed, almost inaudibly. Those kinds of things were troublesome, especially when someone irresponsible caused an accident and some curious drivers decided to slow down and spectate. Hundreds of people would then be late for school and work, and lateness was a huge inconvenience to everyone.

Kyo was all too eager to just get to school, just to get it over with. It seemed strange, because he usually loved school and never wanted it to end. Perhaps it was because he found something, someone, he loved more than school.

Gikishou drove him to school, thankfully without incident, and parked the truck in his usual spot before helping him out. "Now let's go see your teachers to make sure that you catch up. I know you were worried about that." He told him, smiling.

Kyo wasted no time in visitng his teachers and asking about any work he had missed. For the most part, he was either excused or given some extra time to do the make-up work. It was quite a relief, of course, since he was hoping he didn't miss too much.

Gikishou watched him, staying beside him or outside the door while Kyo made sure that he didn't fall behind in his schoolwork. Gikishou couldn't help but think that he looked adorable rushing around everywhere.

The first bell rang almost immediately after Kyo finished checking in with his teachers. He had hoped to get the work done before school began, but looks like that plan had gone down the drain. Oh well, there was still time during break and lunch.

"Yeah, see you at lunch." He noticed that the word sounded so far away, and he was eager for the classes to just fly by.
