Remus let go of him. "Do you have fleas again? I need to start cheecking you all the time to make sure I don't get them. I don't want those little buggers on me."

Sirius grinned. "I'm glad that the only reason you want to check for flees is because you don't want to get them, too," he teased. "What about me? Imagine the torture I go through."

"Well that's your fault I don't even know how you keep managing to get fleas. I think I need to get you some of the flea medicine." He chuckled and kissed his boyfriend.

"Don't you dare. That stuff is disgusting. And it's not my fault I keep getting flees. They won't leave me alone. Even in the winter, which I don't understand."

"I meant the stuff that goes on the back of your neck." He smiled and kissed him. "It because you're to sweet."

Sirius made a face at being called sweet. "I am not. I'm an arse, and you know it. And I don't like the stuff that goes on the back of my neck. When I transform back, it makes my skin feel like it has a sticking charm on it. Actually, it feels the same as a dog, too. Isn't there a charm or spell to get rid of flees?"

"An arse my arse. If you were an arse you wouldn't still be with me right now. But I don't think there's a charm for it. Anyways let's go back in I'm hungry."

Sirius laughed and linked his and Remus's fingers together. "Okay. Okay." He led the way back into the Great Hall, smiling.

Remus smiled too and kissed his cheek before sitting back down and eatting some pancakes.

"Are you two okay? Did you get everything worked out?"

Sirius nodded. "Yup. We were talking about flea medication and how to get rid of the blasted buggers."

"Does Sirius need a flea bath again?"

"Apparently. I still don't understand how he keeps getting them."

"Me, either," Sirius grumbled. "Even in the blood winter. Aren't they supposed to die in the cold?"

"This is why I chose a rat," Peter added unhelpfully. Sirius glared at him.

"That's it. Peter gives you fleas. I don't get them because he stays away from me. Rats almost always have fleas on them."

"Fleas die in the winter. Or they're supposed to anyway," Sirius reminded with emphasis.

((When I was planning this in my head, I accidentally said, "Rats die in the winter."))

"If they're in the cold. Peter's hardly outside during the winter."

"You're sticking with this teory no matter what aren't you?" James laughed abit.

"Well I'm not going to say that Siri is just to unclean and that's why he has fleas."
