Ah, there are so many things I could mention, but you people seem to have mentioned them all. LIke the OVERLY feminime uke-boys who blush at everything that happen, the rape without trauma/effect, the extremely hyper boy that is completely oblivious of everything, the extreme height differences, raging obsessed fangirls and extreme bashing of female characters and shota. But all in all, we just have to adore/love yaoi/slash, don't we?

hi nice to meet u all im farly knew to these place. blaugh
my biggest problem w/ moest yoai is that it always has a sad endding to it, burning_eyes i mean straight coupels always live happy at the ending why cant gay ones to. its like someone trying to say gay couples will get nothing but sadness or is that just me and i havent seen any anime w/ happy ending for the gay couple. if u know of one or more feel free to pm me *blow kiss* latter heart heart heart

2.Overly feminine ukes. I don't mind if they are a little bit feminine, but it gets annoying when they look like females without boobs.
3.Shouta. (under 13)
4.Censoring. Invisible dicks were amuzing at first, but now they are just annoying.
5.Fangirls. Yaoi fangirls think that two guys kissing is yaoi. Its so annoying when they say that they like yaoi and that they have only seen Gravitation, Loveless, Descendants of Darkness, etc.
6.In most yaoi manga, or at least the ones I have found recently, the ukes sensetive spots are the nipples and they always perk up to the slightest touch. Argh!!! I find that annoying as hell. Find a new sensetive spot damnit!!!!
7. When at first the uke wants to have sex and then when they have sex ,they protest. They need to learn to make up their minds.
8.Mpreg. Unless there is a reason for it.

The whole point of yaoi is to get away from the damn whiney anime girls, so why are we recreating them in yaoi?!

Seijaku_Ishida 1) Rape in which afterwards, the character has no mental trauma. Non-con, I can stand, but even if...nay, ESPECIALLY if a character enjoys it...there will be emotional damage done. 2) Girly ukes. I'm actually starting to dislike the whole seme/uke thing as a whole. Ukes are VERY often very feminine and are often doing 'womanly' things. 3) Self-lubricating ukes. 'nuff said. I have a few more, but those are the ones that get on my nerves the most. same here..I like yaoi that is entertaining and will keep me intrested

With 1, I don't hate rape in fiction so much as I hate the "Oh you raped me, now I love you" crap.

I absolutely hate it when there is rape and then the uke becomes all p***y-like and needs support from the seme 24/7. i like the ukes to have backbone at least and some masculine qualities too. i think the feminine uke is cute...but it gets annoying after a while. stare right now i think the feminine uke persona is just overused. Although yaoi isnt meant to have a plot....i wish there were at least some plots in them of good quality. (i am a sucker for fluff at times xp )

I love people cross dressing, but there comes a point where it's just to often. In every yaoi anime, it has atleast one guy that almost or does look like a girl. There is just to much cross dressing.

I hate a lot of the stuff that people have metioned here too, like rape and overly femmy ukes.
But I really really hate too much fluff. I mean, some nice romantic scenes every now and then is great, but when the whole damn thing is full of it, it pisses me off sooo bad. scream

A huge yaoi pet peeve of mine is when they're already boyfriends xp I always like a series where the guys fall in love and find out they're gay/bi! I don't really like it when they're already going out. And I also HATE IT I mean HATE IT evil when one of the guys has dated a girl!!!!!!!

When the characters are drawn ugily. I don't like the oldschool yaoi animes...They aren't appealing to me. Dx

MPREG...is never, EVER OK. Especially when it's a Harry Potter character.
I'm OK with rape...Depends on my mood...But censorship is annoying...We all know what a p***s looks like if we're yaoi fangirls...
