That meaning... The guild announcements are for announcements of the guilds, Not sending Mass Messages of "Vote for these people so they win"
There are tons of people who have great avatars who lose because of guilds that are doing this. It is kinda unfair to those people who work hard to try and win, im not saying you do it, I'm saying we shouldnt be using announcements for that reason.
