I lost six pounds this week. How I don't know. But I think my scale is messing with me man. O-o;

Bought new jeans. My old ones were TOO BIG!

Since I was at my 'heaviest', I went down about 5 pant sizes. But the biggest ones were always a little big.

heaviest is in quotes, because I haven't actually lost that much weight. I just grew an inch or two, but stayed the same weight. So its all good

I've been trying to lose weight for about 6 months now. And my BMI has gone down 2, nearly 3 points. Which I'm very happy with. Its mostly because I grew a few inches though. But I did lose a little weight whee

Quickie update, which I forgot to post on Tuesday:

I'm up 0.6 pound. However, this is actually cause for celebration. I went on a cruise, and I ate a LOT, but I also exercised a lot. I went horseback riding, rock climbing, swimming often, and took a hike on a mountainside in Jamaica. The fact that I didn't gain five pounds is amazing to me, so I'm celebrating not weighing appreciably more than before the cruise.

I'm 2 lbs away from losing the freshman 15 (though technically i'm a sophomore)

I was up a bit last week, but this week I'm down again. I'm not quite back to my all-time low, but I'll get there.

Starting size: 22 shirt, 3XL skirt
Current size: 14 shirt, L skirt
Goal size: 8 shirt, M skirt

Total down: 49.8 pounds (22.6 kilograms)
Goal loss: 100 pounds (45.5 kilograms)
Left to go: 50.2 pounds (22.8 kilograms)

It took me a long time (about a month) to loose that damn last lb, but I finally LOST THE FRESHMAN 15~!!!!!!!!

I lost more weight too. Now I'm down by 47lbs. Its so exciting.

I've just had a GREAT weigh-in. This week I lost 4.2 pounds, my largest loss in one week EVER.

And now we all do the Meposian Dance of Joy! Dai dai dai-dai-dai-dai! *shout shout leap*

Start weight: 13st 11 (193lbs)

Current Weight: 11st 7lbs (161lbs)

Weight lost: 2st 2lbs (32lbs)

I've lost 6lbs so far this week o_o...I wonder if it has anything to do with my antibiotics or the fact I've had to cut most out most of the dairy from my diet...

I was down at weigh-in, which I did on Sunday. This marks a new low for me. I have less than 4 more pounds to go before reaching my next 'decade' and only 1.4 pounds (if I remember correctly) before I will have lost 33% of my starting weight. Think about the nearest kindergartener. I've lost as much as that kid weighs. If that doesn't make you sit back and go "Whoa, dude!" what does?

Well I am at a healthy weight now. My BMI is in the healthy range. However I find that maintaining a weight is much harde then losing weight. Its so easy to slip back into old unhealthy habbits.

I went up last week by 3 pounds. I was down this week by 3.4 pounds. This puts me at a new low. Let's hope that trend continues.
