The gym IS full of skinny people, or guys that lift WAY too many weights. I've seen this to be true at many gyms. I just go and plug away at it.

Pretty much.

exercise -- 30 minute walk with the dogs, elliptical 45 minutes (400 cals)

bkfst -- cereal w/ milk (340)

lunch -- wrap (100) and tuna salad (not sure so about 150) - 250

snack -- small portion of sweet and sour chicken (330 cals)

dinner -- not that hungry. I had some yogurt with fresh pineapple.. (my puppy tried to eat most of the pineapple though XD)

snack -- handful of raisins.

drink -- 16 oz of tea, 12 oz of water

*I want to go to the gym and maybe do some yoga... I could really use some stress release right about now.

**no yoga, just elliptical for 45 minutes

193.6~! That's a loss of 0.6 since tuesday~! I was worried, went drinking again tuesday night. ^_^ sweatdrop

exercise -- 30 minutes with the dogs (192), 35 minutes (300 cals) at the gym on the elliptical machine

bkfst -- n/a

snack-- n/a

lunch -- penne rosa (340 cals) handful of raisins (130 cals)

snack -- nuts and cucumber

dinner -- Chicken sandwich with lettuce tomato and cheese, also with a salad. (350 cals)

snack --

water -- 32oz / 64oz

exercise --

bkfst -- slice of toast w/ strawberry jelly. Three small pieces of bacon, and some eggs. (350 ish?)

snack-- cherries (40 cals), granola (100)

lunch -- stir fry (330 cals)

snack --

dinner -- pastrami sandwich w/ salad. (300 cals)

snack --

water -- 16oz / 64oz

omg today was horrible.

My dog had to go to the hospital... so obviously today wasn't my best day

bkfst -- cereal w/ silk (340 cals)

lunch -- chicken korma (440 cals)

snack -- popcorn and hummus.. no not together (300)

dinner -- cheese string (90 cals)

total -- 1170

He's snoozing at the foot of my bed. lol.

Though I got to learn the horrible truth that he was severely abused by his previous owner. Broken ribs, and tail, and fractures on his legs and hips.

Still sick, feeling better though.

Today all I ate was a macoroni beef b.g. (290 cals)

and that's it. I'm not hungry, in fact the thought of found is repulsive.

Holy cow~! 188.2lbs. Like I said earlier today I'm waiting to see until tomorrow. I had this happen earlier where I lost the weight real quick then stood on the scale and was back up a couple of pounds. so i'm not saying anything right now.

exercise -- 30 minute walk with the dogs.

bkfst -- 1 egg white ( 17 cals)/ (gave the yolk to the dog), 1 slice of toast(80 cals), and a kiwi(50cals). Plus green tea

snack-- half a string cheese (40 cals), and half an apple (50 cals).

lunch -- Pastrami (90 cals) sandwich(125 w/ bread and condiments) and raw broccoli (30 cals)

snack -- the remaining string cheese and apple (90 cals)

dinner -- I had my left over chicken noodle soup... way to many carbs for this late i know but i needed it after yesterday or else I'd end up on a binge. Though I fed my dog at least 1/3 of it.

snack -- two nutragrain bars (60 cals)

water -- 64oz / 64oz


630 / 1,128 - 1,316
186 cals burned / 500

this is gonna sound silly, but i never realised how much pastrami it takes to make an ounce. I needed three. Let me tell you, that was a beautiful sandwich.

Congratulations on the lost weight!
I had no idea that it was 3 whole slices to make an ounce, how did you measure it? I don't have a scale and it's hard for me to measure things that small. :c
