Nope, you have to do exercise to gain muscle mrgreen so i doubt it. I think it was water weight, which has now been moved!

yeah im pretty lucky, as long as i drink heaps of water and eat less than 1500 calories i can lose weight without exercising most of the time. But i want to be fit and toned, not just thin >.<

how much water do you drink?
I would recommend maybe though training to get a little muscle. Muscles burn more calories, and when you loose weight with out weight lifting you loose muscle as well as fat.

i drink about 3 water bottles (750mL each) a day. I do train, i go to the gym about three times a week- running, cycling, do weights, and I also do a martial art 3 times a week for two hours a session. Its just during uni, especially exams, when i dont have a lot of time to exercise, that i found i can lose weight without really working out that much if i stayed under 1500 ^_^

1.5 kg *still* isn't as bad as the average weight gain over the holidays.
