and_solo_said One of the ones around here is thinking of changing its name to City of Chelmsford Youth.... something. So that may be amusing. If they change their name to "City of Chelmsford Children's Point" Then you can go round and call them communists.

Well, "gangstas" wear baggy pants, caps to the side, trainers or k.swiss, and lots of layers. Sportswear and gaudy jewelry is popular to them as well, and they are considered of lower class to most Americans.
