Well, your chakra is wrong. Your main class, genjutsu at the genin level, determines how much chakra you start off with and the Samurai genin level should say how much more you get.
And we do accept that your character can naturally learn bukijutsu one post faster, but could you be a little more specific as to why just to be on the safe side? Like maybe not just say specialist, but be a little more detailed?
If you don't want to be more detailed, then I guess that's fine.
But just add up your chakra pool right and then you'll be accepted, I guess.
Oh, and he can't really be a goblin. I don't think those ever existed in Naruto and we've only accepted humans unless their bloodline dictates otherwise (like the Oni bloodline).

Toby wasn't born in Kumo. In fact, the parents that brought him there weren't his real parents. Both his biological mother and father were born in Takigakure and moved when Toby was born. Living in a small village, Toby's dad did a good job at hiding his bloodline from the villagers. He knew that not everyone understood the Jiongu bloodline and feared they might hurt his son. Bedtime stories usually consisted of the greatness that came with being on the Jiongu bloodline. Tales were spun of members who were strong enough living for hundred of years. With the same stories being told over and over, Toby eventually wanted to learn his father's ways and live forever.
However, when Toby's bloodline abilities first showed themselves, he wasn't at home and the whole village saw what he could do. That night, the villagers gathered outside the door to Toby's house. His father told his mother to take Toby and run. Holding off the villagers, Toby and his mother escaped. Meeting a couple on the road, they said they were heading back home to Kumo. Toby's mother asked if they would take him and raise him as their own, and they agreed. From that point on, Toby kept his bloodline a secret...for the most part. With some of the areas where his body splits being shown, he just told people they were fancy tattoos. He hopes to become a great ninja and live forever. |

Life in Takigakure
Growing up, Kin was a child who caused trouble for his family and Takigakure. Because he was so strong he felt as though he could do anything he wanted, everywhere he went something bad would happen. This started to make his clan members look bad, something some of them didn't want again. The only person that ever showed him love and cared about him was his mother. She would encourage him to try harder to make friends and would scold him when he got in trouble. He feared his father, because he would tease, tortured, and yelled at him about he how he hated having a son. He never received any form of affection from his father.
When Kin was twelve years old, his mother passed away while on a mission. Once he found out he was devastated. The death of his mother drove him into a deep depression and he was unable to perform difficult tasks. When he was sent on an important mission, his team failed and as punishment, he was treated harshly and thrown into a prison.
By the age of fourteen, he was over his mother's death. He continued trying to make friends like his mother said and continued causing trouble in the process. One night when Kin was called to a council meeting, he was told that to keep the village safe, he was being sold as a slave. Objecting to this decision, he ran to his father for help where he found out that it was his father's idea to sell him in the first place.
Before leaving the village, he went on a rampage. He single handily took the hearts of twenty Chunin, four Jounin, and all the hearts of some of his clan members. To make money he sold the hearts to the black market. People from the village tried to hunt him down, but they all failed. After a month, the hunt for him was called off.
Life in Sunagakure
After running away from Takigakure, Kin made his way to the Wind Country, but he was lost. In the vast desert he couldn't find any food or water. Sand ninja that were pasting by carried him to Sunagakure, where he remains until today.
Now sixteen years of age, Kin has finally finished the Academy and is on his way to become a Genin. He promises to help protect the village with everything he has.

Kiri's probably the most active but other villages are beginning to get active with the influx of new members.
• Hate to burst your bubble, but you can only have a combination of projectiles for your inventory. So everything besides kunais, shurrikens, senbon needles, and smoke bombs have to go.
• Your first attribute is denied. It is WAY too much for a personal attribute and quite frankly you could rarely use adjectives like 'vast' without expecting rejection especially when he's starting out as a genin.
• Your second attribute is denied as well. You cannot be outright immune to it. Please make it more reasonable.
• Your Strengths:: Please put a better parameter of 'quick'. For better wording, 'slightly' or 'moderately' is acceptable to modify your traits. These are perks, but they aren't meant to be something overly outrageous.
• For your weapon, keep in mind that it has to be a "simple", "basic" weapon. So it must also be reasonably breakable as it should be "reasonably" durable.
• Finally, an issue with your History. No matter how talented, how 'strong', he is, a section of your history is severely overrated for his starting rank as a genin. Be realistic about his rank or otherwise outright undermine the ranks of others. And because it is apart of your history, an official section in your official profile, I deny it. Please be more reasonable in terms of his being a Genin.

Life in Takigakure
Growing up, Kin was a child who caused trouble for his family and Takigakure. Because he was so strong he felt as though he could do anything he wanted, everywhere he went something bad would happen. This started to make his clan members look bad, something some of them didn't want again. The only person that ever showed him love and cared about him was his mother. She would encourage him to try harder to make friends and would scold him when he got in trouble. He feared his father, because he would tease, tortured, and yelled at him about he how he hated having a son. He never received any form of affection from his father.
When Kin was twelve years old, his mother passed away while on a mission. Once he found out he was devastated. The death of his mother drove him into a deep depression and he was unable to perform difficult tasks. When he was sent on an important mission, his team failed and as punishment, he was treated harshly and thrown into a prison.
By the age of fourteen, he was over his mother's death. He continued trying to make friends like his mother said and continued causing trouble in the process. One night when Kin was called to a council meeting, he was told that to keep the village safe, he was being sold as a slave. Objecting to this decision, he ran to his father for help where he found out that it was his father's idea to sell him in the first place.
The night before he was being sold away, he escaped from Takigakure. Once the village found out he was missing, they sent ninja to hunt him down and bring him back. After a month of looking for Kin, the hunt for him was called off. Everyone was glad that he was gone, but they had to find a replacement slave.
Life in Sunagakure
After running away from Takigakure, Kin made his way to the Wind Country, but he was lost. In the vast desert he couldn't find any food or water. Sand ninja that were pasting by carried him to Sunagakure, where he remains until today.
Now sixteen years of age, Kin has finally finished the Academy and is on his way to become a Genin. He promises to help protect the village with everything he has.
