I'm unaware on how to hack persay, I'm more of a HEY check out this! -person downloads- COMPUTER INFECTED hacker.
I'm not good at the other stuff....Um...
I say, turn of your computer. Unplug netwroking cable/card, reboot, go through saved files/program files/etc and look for things that should not be there.
Then, go to: start > run > type in: msconfig
Click on Start Up: look for programs that should not be started up like normally
Then click Services, go through there and see what programs should be running and what not.

This is a long process, but I suggest it. It helps.
If you don't find anything that shouldn't be there..um...?
