I'm on the left. I was dancing and you can't see the couple of hundred people behind me with dignity. And it was to a Wurzels tribute band. After just over two half pints so I can't even claim much drunkness.



But the Mangled Wurzels did come and talk to us in the break. And one of them looks like Bill Bailey.

I fell in the college river. Too drunk to walk straight, and drunk enough that I didn't remember a thing, and unable to speak properly.

Photos shouldn't hit facebook so late as they sometimes do. I thought people were exaggerating when they said I'd been in the river trying to light my pipe.











Times like these make me wonder if a political life, given the close media scrutiny of one's conduct, is really that wise..
