Crash kept to his post hovered high above the others in defense of the goal posts, his eyes keen on each player as they wove and avoided bludgers, stole from one another and advanced closer, and then farther. He even winced a little when one of the younger students had gotten struck a bludger—that had to hurt. He was a bit impressed when Danica had managed to avoid two steal attempts, and overhead the beaters, battered back and forth.

Leonette saw a bludger come at her but Ronna came to her rescue. "Thanks Ronna." she called out to her before heading back off to get the quaffle back from Dani. She missed once she wasn't going to miss again, at least she hoped. Pushing everything she had to catch up Leonette reacted out hoping to get the quaffle back in hand.

This time getting the quaffle loss Leonette grabbed hold of the ball. Tucking it under her arm she started off towards the other side of the field. There was no way she was letting it get away from her again. At least she could hope that wouldn't be the case.

Leonette quickly dodged Nina as she headed towards the goals. There was one thing she was thinking of doing and that was tossing the ball to her teammate. "Leana catch!" she said calling out to the younger girl. Hopefully she could make the first goal.

Toby swore as Ronna blocked his bludger. He watched carefully, flying a bit slower than normal, to try and see an opening where he could hit one at someone on the opposing team again. There, Celaena was trying to score. The quaffle was leaving her grasp and heading towards the goal as he tried to hit a bludger towards her .

Arianna gasped as she snagged the quaffle from in front of the center hoop. Apparently, practice does pay off. She shook her head in slight disbelief. "Celaena, that was a great shot!" She smiled briefly to the older girl before she scouted out one of her teammates to chuck the quaffle to.

"Dani! Heads up!" She threw the large ball as hard as she could to the third year.

Pulling forward Julius was just inches from being able to reach out to attempt to catch the ever elusive snitch and could only hope the last year of practices as a reserve and advance flying II actually paid off-especially since he was the only seeker at the moment trying out. If he was horrible, Gryffindor would be in a pretty tight spot. No pressure, right?

Seeing Ari throw the ball to Dani the fifth year raced off after the younger girl. There was no way she was letting her get to their goal not when her position was on the line. Reaching out Leonette tried to get a hold of the quaffle from Dani.

Leonette failed to steal the ball back but she had a good teammate. Celaena managed to get a hold of it. Tailing her teammate Leonette got ready as Celaena called her name.
