I have tons of gay friends, but I don't want to see them make-out, because frankly I think it’s an invasion of privacy...and I just don't see my friends that way...
As for strangers, I think it's cute. Like at AnimeExpo, two boys were kissing and I thought it was cute, but when my friend told me to take a picture of them, I was like, no, because it's an invasion of privacy.
Honestly, I don't like real life porn or the sort, because I feel weird looking at real people getting it on. I don't mind kissing (I think it's romantic) but anything else...it gets too intimate for me...
With fantasy characters though, I feel less guilty, because I know they are fake...It's hard to explain...
Also, saying that because someone likes anime/manga slash and not real person slash is hypocritical is a bit black and white, don't you think? People have preferences and have reasons to like something over another; it doesn't make them hypocritical. For someone to be hypocritical they would have to say something but mean the other. For example, if someone likes real life boyxboy in privacy but then condones it in public then that's hypocrisy.
