skjdfhdksjf. I keep putting off important things to do stupid things. I want to tan and play on my DSi and go riding instead of studying for this MAJOR EXAM I have to have done by FRIDAY. Uh, it's Wednesday. I need to do this. For real.

[8:32PM] I might walk for like 20 minutes but I feel so so dead right now. I worked out so hard riding today. D: Fack. BUT I canceled riding for tomorrow so I can study and take the law exam.

I never did study much, but I'm an idiot savant when it comes to school.

@Seraphsody;; Ah, I'm normally that way, too, but for some reason my law professors (I'm only minoring in it as an undergrad) like to really nitpick questions, like ask questions about one random sentence in the chapter. So.
Luckily, it's open-book and online, but somehow that doesn't make it any easier. D: Thank you for your confidence in me, though. ^o^ I'm aiming to get an A, we shall see!

I'm probably going to take the exam tomorrow after much studying. Not doing ANYTHING else tomorrow, save walking + tanning.

10:00 - wake up, breakfast
10:20 - walk 3.5mph @ 3.5 incline 40min-1hr
11:30 - go tan 30-30.
12:30 - work on ch 1&2 for an hour
01:30 - half hour break :]
02:00 - work on ch 3 for an hour

@MUNKERS; thanks darling <33 I'm really hoping to be successful with it, but look at all of those pages! 80 pages of dense reading in a night is going to kill me!

So today is going to be focused on me and school. No riding, no clients, nothing but me, walking, tanning, and studying.
I'm going to take my huge African American Lit book with me to my friend's, since I have long layovers and such. Two birds, one stone. But I'm going to try to get a *little* ahead with it so I don't get too overwhelmed, and after the exam I will NOT be wanted to do anything related to law for the rest of the day.

My friend turns 21 today, and is celebrating in NYC. I'll see him and others in just under two weeks, now.

Plans for the rest of the day:
Walk 3.5 miles on an incline
Tan for an hour; 30-flip-30
Study for PLA Exam 1

I'm still relieved from yesterday about my law exam. Was very concerned I would not do well.
I need to look into a pair of shoes and at least one pair of jeans for my trip. Eep.
No tanning today, got a bit pink on my chest. Oops. n.n;

Look how crazy my weight line is. All that matters is the "trend" line is going down, down. It's because I weigh myself every day and so water weight etc. is jumpy.

[8:28PM] I. Hate. Over-Eating. I do. It's gross and I hate it. I ate so much today. Not really so much, but I consumed all of my day's calories before 4PM. That's an ENTIRE publix sub (bigger than subway), cookies, a banana, oatmeal. BARF. I feel so bloated and disgusting. >: Lesson learned: don't keep eating 'cause it tastes good.

Plans for the day:
Walk 1.5-3.5 miles 2 mi + 1.75 mi
Hang out with William - lunch/fix car/gamestop?
Call my coach re: Shasta's riding lesson /: and riding?

I hate overeating too... it happens to me way too often, only my habit isn't that I eat all my day's calories early on... I eat regularly, hit my calorie limit at an appropriate time and then go crazy apparently.

*Pets* We're both getting better about it.

But today my food was so calorie-dense that I think I'd throw up if I ate any more. Still. 5 hours later. Which is saying something. >____<;;

We are getting better though, and I'm sure we'll always have a bingey day once in a while (it's still human nature to consume when you see something) but as long as we keep it under control, it's ok. :3

I just need to be sure that I'm very good about fruits/veggies this next week before I leave. *nod* And water/fiber, too. Eep. I'll go grocery shopping on Sunday probably and pick up good foods.

The fact that you're adjusting to newer, healthier habits is progress in and of itself. Even though we all have days where we slip up and overeat, it takes a certain level of progress to recognize it as unhealthy and unpleasant. Although the number on the scale can indicate progress, that's not the only factor in the big picture.
Also, congrats on your exam going well!

Hysterisches; Yeah, I'm making small changes that I can keep up rather than temporary drastic ones. That's the key, I think: to find something that YOU can do right now, and adjust it for the better little by little. And for the past few days I've been really prone to overeating (which is normal for my time of the month but it's not for another 2 weeks) so I'm guessing it's the stress of my upcoming trip. I've got to address and face it though, otherwise it'll never get better. >__< I'm a stress over-eater! Thanks for your congratulations, too! I appreciate it. ^o^ <33

I'm feeling ok today, didn't over-eat but for 100 calories (which still left me at a decent deficit but I'd like to go for a walk for about 150 calories, 1/2 hour) and I'm feeling alright. I've forgotten to weigh myself but that's also ok, because it's going to be a higher number than I want because I'm retaining food and water like crazy. Riding in the early mornings always kills me, because I'm up and fueling before I remember to weigh in hah. (:

Heard from my friend for the first time since Wednesday night, he's enjoying his trip but ran into trouble. Sounds like he got mugged or in a bar-fight but he wouldn't say, haha. He'll tell me later, he said, and he's alright so I'm relieved.
10 days until my trip! :D

Why is my weight so high. ;__;
I think it's just food weight but still, damn. I'm leaving in just over a week and I'm gaining? How stressful. ;o; I'm just hoping I don't do stupid stuff like overeat out of stress. Going to try to stick to fibrous fruits and lots of water over the next week. Apples, bananas, fiber one, oatmeal, and lots of lean protein.

[4:17PM] I need to work on spacing out my meals a bit, because I'm starting to get hungry every hour and that's good, because my metabolism is up I guess, but I need to NOT only have 200 calories until I have reached my calorie goal by 4pm. Haha. So I get to stretch these last few calories all the way until dinnertime, eep.

I'm also not in the mood to exercise at ALL lately, it's the heat. >: 100 degrees outside, it's insane. I taught from 10-12 and came in, went out at 2 to lay out, and now I just want to DIE. Not walk. Gah. I'll go for a walk when everyone goes out boating but damn. I just want to sleep. ;_;
