Zantriel SilverMoon I know, its nuts. The other day I was looking at the Angelic Headband, at the price of 29,000. Not bad, today its going for 39,000. Now the Angelic Pendent is nuts, it jumped 60,000 in price in two days. Now what I find nuts is the fact that a few days ago I was selling a Kiki, and got a PM telling me to jack the price to 18,000 2x the price I was selling at. I took the Kiki off the market, it just pissed me off. Just checked guys - yesterday I could find an Angelic Pendant for around 60,000 - 70,000 today it's 99,000 to 110,000 - up from 45,000 just two weeks ago when I started my quest. eek OK, it's official, * feeling militant* I'm retiring my quest for the Angelic Pendant in protest, I'll make do with saving for my fairy wings. It's a feeding frenzy, they are totally nutz out there!

Yes, capitalism is very much alive and well here in Gaia world. I went through this with my eldest when we quested for the OMG hat... just as we were so close the price would damn near double. There were two of us working on it, and it still took well over 6 months... with few, if any donations. Good thing she's a decent artist xd
Of course, the child probably owes me 200k by now... sweatdrop

well.... seems there was more to the price surges than just pure greed.... I'm not to sure about this roll-back thingy..... I don't remember what my account was like 5 days ago. but oh, well.....

Lol - somehow I never get on the receiving end of the extra gold thing... though I was on the receiving end of the "no earning gold" glitch that took forever to get fixed... They didn't do a rollback then for the half of Gaia that couldn't earn gold while everyone else got it... heehee
Still managed to get gold, just had to sell more letters sweatdrop And we did get Triel's OMG... thankfully before the price went ridiculous...
Though the prices should come back into a more normal range now.

Hard saying what'll happen ~ they'll either come down some, or they'll stay high as people try to make up for the gold they lost. For those who cheated the system - serves them right evil

True. oh well..... it's not like I can claim the lose of gold on my taxes or anything anyway. I see the admins are updating some stuff.... I was poking around in my inventory, and there is a new format for your suitcase and stuff..... I'm more bummed about not being able to fish... but maybe they'll be able to add some of the missing stuff to the fishing program.

I get really irritated with these little snot-nosed punks complaining about how the Admins suck so much... and it's Lanzer's JOB to fix Gaia... ummm, no, not really. It's a free site in Alpha testing mode, ungrateful, whiney, little shits.

Do those cheaters get banned from Gaia or just a warning? They don't really say just "will be punished". For all I know that means mods march down to their homes & paddle them. O.o

There are 3 in the market, for 100,000g, 200,000g and .... wait for it.... 1 million gold eek When they open up Gaia Towns, I hope they add a jail!!! Although, Naito's idea of a paddle is appealing. Pity they're all so young, if I took a paddle to them it would probably be me that ended up in jail. *searches for her cane* Ah... off to thwack some sense into 'em!
