The doctors worked over him stitching wounds that needed stitching and stopping the bleeding that was internal. The patched him up and the light over the door went off as they wheeled him out and to his room. A doctor approached Aaron and stopped to talk to him.

"Mr. Kuro has suffered severe cuncusion, some broken ribes, a broken arm and leg, some internal bleeding that has stopped now. Some lasserations on his face and back. Other then that the only life long thing he will have to face is the lose of sight in his right eye. It seems when he rolled off the car he smacked pritty hard against the windsheild shattering the glass and sending one shard across the right side of his face. Digging deep enough to damage the reightna to the point of being unable to fix it. We have sealed it though and it will heal to a point, but he will never see out it again. The color will change to it over time and make it look a little whiter."

she sighed softly, "On the other hand it is a possibility that he may suffer from either long term or short term memory lose and we won't know that until he wakes up which may be a while. He is stable now though and we have placed him on the seventh floor in room 752. You can go see him now if you wish too."

She looked up at the television and sighed. The camera crew had been on the scene of the accident and it was already one of the top topics on the news. She walked away as it droaned on, "Mr. Kuro is lucky to have you kid. After all he's gone through."

Tv news reporter (Tv in Kuro's room as he slept):

'What we have here behind us was a disturbing car wreck.

At midnight tonight a young man named Kuro Suryu a local Collage teacher for Silver Academy was struck after a late night drink at this bar to our right called the Moon light bar and inn. It seems he was calling a loved one before completely going home which by now we have identified as Aaron Thompson a local student. what school he goes to is yet unknown, but this tragidy speaks volumes.

Mr. Kuro's accident reminds us of one we all know back when he was ten. Though he doesn't remember what the situation was about the news was still clear on that and hidden from him after a long time.

At the age of ten Kuro had been placed in the custody of his foster home after he had wittnessed the deaths of both his parents. The suspect has been still at large and may have make this accident happen to Kuro now in order to finish what he started. The suspect had presumably thought to have killed the boy when he was younger after and had rapped and practically beaten the boy to death. For years cops had thought that he would heal and remember and still have come up with nothing as the young student had excelled in his workings and findings becoming one of the best teachers we now in our small town.

He is now supposedly recovering at South Eagles Physicians Hospital. Recovering from internal bleeding and lasserations. He is suspected to have a cuncusion and broken bones with the possibility of the lose of sight in his right eye. We have yet to find out if he has servived the accident and is recovering as we speak.

Doctors hooked things up around him and set up the monitors to watch his vital signs. Kuro was sleeping soundly, his face looking almost peaceful as he lay ther.

Kuro couldn't hear anything because of his condition and if he had been awake for the news. If he had he would have been shocked himself and would question himself if that was the reason. At that time a few people that had been at the fair and saw him came in.

"Is Kuro ok?" a tall slender girl walked in, in a hurry. She looked as though she could be a super model or pop star. "Brother wake up, please be ok," He stood at the edge of the bed on the other side he hands overing over him but not touching him. She pulled her hands to her face as another women came over to her with a male who was the owner of a famous resteruant called the Pheonix La 'trell.

"Kuro will be fine Tally. Your brother will be just fine," she reassured her.

"But mom I can't help but think that man came back for him....I know he's not my blood brother, but I can't help but feel protective of him. After he left hom before he was even eighteen made me feel uneasy," She sniffled.

The man stayed silent, but he looked over at Aaron and gave him a frinedly smile.

The man talked his wife into getting something to drink and eat so they would be a while as their daughter sat to watch over him.

The girl smiled brightly, "Your the one Kuro-chan talks about alot. He calls home often when we don't even ask him too. Sometimes I think deep in the back of his mind that he knows what had happened to him, but he could never figure it out. So he feels guilty. Some would say he's just way to wishy washy for a guy, but deep down no one knows just truely how he feels. I've never once seen him cry. Sure he gets depressed, but never once has he raise his hand in anger, never has he argud for to long, and he never cries. Not once since he's lived with us. I often thought that he was broken some how. I never thought he would love, but it couldn't hurt to love him back you know." She smiled at him, "So I told myself I would marry him when I grow up, but.....in his first year of middle school when I asked him to be my boyfriend he told me wasn't intrested in girls. It surprised me....but I accepted it. Though I thought he would never find the one he was looking for. But..." She smiled at her brother, "He found you....and I saw the change in him when he came home for the holidays. I was happy that he had someone in his life he could love." She looked at him, "Please always stay by his side......if not for me then for him."

She smiled, "Of course we all knew that. Kuro had told use he would a while back, but was looking for the right atmousphere to give it to you." she sighed softly, "He's like that and has often endured heart break. He had confessed to very few people when he was in school on how he felt in the end turning up being beaten or turned down. He was always shy about the topic of sex and he never knew just the reason why, so we never told him of his past. Leading him to beleave he was still a virgin. We were wrong though in doing so." She brushed a strand of hair away from Kuro's face.

"If I could do anything I would help him remember so he would understand his hesitance. It's part of the reason why he could never seem to get close to anyone and I felt as though it was my fault when he kept coming to me for advice and I could not lend him any." She looked at Aaron, "I was happy when he found you. He got closer to you then anyone else and I've never heard him so happy over the phone let alone seen him so happy when he talked about you to us." She closed her eyes then looked out a nearby window. "He always takes things more harshly then what they truely mean and in turn he drinks his pain away. One time it almost killed him, this time however.....almost succeded. I feel as though I should have protected my dear younger brother," She grabbed Kuro's hand then Aaron's hand. "So as long as I know how you truely feel about him I will not worry, because you are changing him for the better Aaron. I'm happy for you both and wish you luck....because this is the test of your love for each other, and hopefully you will not be deitered by it."

She was shocked, "No....please don't leave him......It would hurt him more now then you think it would. He may not have said anything because of what your going through.....I don't want to see those eyes again. The deep sarrow that he can't seem to poor out. I don't want to see him falling apart and be unable to help him.....Please don't leave him....please." Tears welled up in her eyes and she looked at Kuro. "What if he doesn't forget, what if he blames himself some more. I just....I just can't help that this will be the last time I see him smile. I haven't seen that smile in so long It scares me to think that it will vanish." The tears ran down her cheeks and landed on Kuro's face.

"Please don't leave him," she didn't look at him, "Please don't leave my Oni-sama."

She shrugged, "The same way he put up with me, and everyone else he knows. He's amazingly patient and doesn't rush things at all. He likes making sure things turn out in a good way and has a good sense of when it gone to far. That's part of the reason why he stops talking all together, because he's afraid that if he says anything else it would be ruined," she smiled gently tears still running down her face. "His eyes are expressive and that's what I like about him. It means he's very thoughtful of others that may be effected by certain events and he is mindful of it too....part of the reason why I think he drinks when he's depressed. He likes it becaues it clears his mind, while at the same time it fogs it so he doesn't feel his pan anymore." She whipped her face and straightend in her seat becoming more dignified again, "Though I a paul Alchohol as a releif route I can't help him change his mind. Though I do know one think," she looked at him with a determind look, "He loves you more than anyone he's ever had close to him. He has opened up more thanks to you and he obviously doesn't want his life to taint what he has with you. He would eventually talk yes, but....." Her eyes sofened," It will be because he would know it was done out of love and not pity....besides I'm pritty sure he would have told you sooner anyways before he was going to ask you to marry him."

She smirked knowingly, "I'm sure that he didn't out right ask you to marry him you found out didn't you? another point showing he was on his way on getting things out before he married you. He was probably going to reveal it after your day at the fair....I assume things went array. He was going to call you right? I think he was throwing it to the wind and was going to tell you anyways. In his dessperate attempt to try and keep you near.....if it's possible his past attacker had been watching him and couldn't get close because of you. You were someone with a family and significant amount of information on you that would draw to much attention to the media. He wanted to finish what he started and end it completely. But Kuro has no memories past being ten years of age, just made up memories that aren't even his own. We weren't planning on telling him this, but it looks like there is no more choices to make. Though I do know one thing, You out of everyone anywhere probably know him better then even I do."

She stood up walked over to him and knelt down, "Even though he is unwilling at times it's best to take it slow with him. He's trying so hard to keep things right, and taking things slowly is his way to think about things and try and do so much at the same time he's doing it. I know because he made our family, that was falling apart, to be pulled back together and we hadn't noticed until he had left. He doese things in a way that is confusing to us, but it works out in the end. For the first time in my life I got a touch of just how much he cares for everyone else over himself, and just how amazingly Intelligent he is. He means well honestly he does Aaron, his voice and the way he talks about you makes it clear that I can trust you with him and that he loves you enough to throw his life on the line for you weather it be for love or not."

She chuckled softly and brushed back a strand of hair that had fallen in his face due to a light breeze that had buzzed into the room. "He can't help that. But I see it this way Kuro won't show that eye very much. Actually he'll feel as though it was a punishment and he'll need someone to be there for him. He won't come to us so we'll have to come to him." She yawned slightly before tucking a lock of hair behind he ear. Her eyes staying on he adopted brother. "I just wish he could remember his past so he will understand himself a bit more. I'm sure then he will stop searching for answers that have been there all along," She looked at him and smiled. "I think the best thing he's ever done was being with you Aaron. It's helped him answer so much he was looking fr and it also helped him to open up so much. I thank you for being there for him," she walked over and placed a gentle hand on his shoulder, "He's needed you more then you could ever know Aaron."

Kuro sturred and blinked blirrily his eyes looking around before groaning, "great i'm in a hospital.....go figure." He sighed slightly and when he tried to sit up he drew in a deep breathing hiss sound that made him flinch and jolt other injured body parts. "Ugh....I feel like like I've been hit by a car...." He winced and groaned once his mind caught up with him, "No.....I was hit by a car." He then noticed something was off, his sight seemed different. He hadn't felt the bandages yet so he had no idea about the patch over his eye.

Kuro had a look of surprise across his face, "A-Aaron.....but i thought," Confusion flitted over his face. He shook his head and smiled softly, but something else soon bothered him like a wall had been crushed and old memories flooded his mind once he remembered the face of the one who had pushed him into the on coming car. Suddenly without warning tears streamed down his face a silent cry that had been held back even though he didn't sound like he was or wanted too. It just happened out of now where and he was unaware of it all.
