People called me crazy but complimented me on my toenails.

xD I have skinny wrists. I wouldn't say I'm skinny in general, but my wrists and ankles give me that appearance. Guess I can't do anything about genetics sweatdrop

Once I saw a guy riding a bike in shorts. Most people can't stand the cold to that extent =0

Well you must remember that when riding a bike you'll be generating heat from all that work. So wearing those shorts probably wasn't too bad and motivated him to work hard peddling to stay warm~

@Encarton: I see your point. He looked like he was leisurely riding his bike, though. Everyone else was in big puffy coats, scarves and boots. xD It'd be nice if I could stand the cold like that. >.<
