Sorry boy problems are driving me nuts that I lost focus! sweatdrop

I started the 30 day shred today and it was brutal but it was the punch in the gut that I needed.

I'm going to disney orlando late JUNE!!!!

I NEEDS TO LOOK GOOD!!!

That's 20 weeks. 1 to 2 lbs each would be 20 to 40 lbs lost. Damn it! I WANNA WEAR A FREAKIN BIKINI!!!!

just finished day 2 lvl 1 of the 30 day shred.


Oh the pain... but you know what. I can see the difference in my lower stomach. And no I'm not just saying that. As some one who stands in front of the mirror at least 8 times a day, trust me when i say i see something.

plus why would i make that crap up? it's not doing me any favors to lie to myself.

did day four. Farthest I've gone on this dvd. lol seriously it's sad. i don't give up, I get tempted to go out by friends.

But today I told them I'd be 30 minutes late~!

went out clubbing last night. I actually was asked for my number, quite a shocker.

He didn't even wait three days to text/call me. I got it around 2pm today. DAmn

I feel good.

exercise -- day 5 lvl one of the 30DS

bkfst -- n/a

snakc -- n/a

lunch -- cereal (400 cals)

snack -- vanilla wafers (200 cals)

dinner -- two chicken sandwiches (500 cals altogether)

drink -- 140 cals sierra mist / 1 ltr of water

pineapple

intake = 1300 to 1400 ish

I slapped myself as soon as i got home. I'm back~!

Exercise : 2 walks with the dogs 30 minutes each. Then 16 minutes on the elliptical machine at the gym (I was feeling very self conscious. So I left. I kept hearing giggles behind my back.... yeah I'm paranoid like that XD)

bkfst -- 1 roll

lunch -- string cheese (90 cals), salad with 2 eggs. Gave the dogs one of the yellow centers from the eggs. (250 cals)

dinner -- whole wheat tortia with 6 shrimp, guacomole, sour cream, and a slice of ham.

drink - 2 cups of coffee, 16 oz of honey ginseng tea, 8 oz of water.

I would be paranoid too, I am going to start going to a gym very soon, one thing I am going to have to get over is the thought of being watched or made fun of, but while working out... at least you're showing that you do care about your body.

I would rather be made fun of for working out, then made fun of for carrying a stack of pizza.

exercise - 30 minute walk with the dogs

bkfst - cereal w/ milk (340 cals)

lunch -- whole wheat tortia (100 cals) lettuce(15 cals), slice of ham(80 cals), and a pepper (8 cals) with mustard and relish (50 cals) (total - 253 cals) + an apple (100 cals)

snack - cucumber, broccoli, and cucumber.

dinner --


I'm gonna try and go to the gym after class.

i was scared and nervous the first time i went to my gym too, but seriously most people are there to improve their health and fitness just like you anyway. You have just as much right to be there as they do!

I know but I swear to god that gym was full of nothing but skinny and tall beautiful people.


The sad thing is that I've been going to that gym for 3 years.
