i think it might be a gain this week, and i swear its water retention. I have exercised, eaten within my limits, everything fine. Stupid water retention....

thank you, its just frustrating >.< i feel smaller. But the scale wont show it because of the damn water. I know i shouldnt complain too much because its easy to fix, just drink more water for a few days, but still >.< I like to see those smaller numbers come up

exactly, focus more on your measurements then your weight number. It's more telling.

Also, if you want to cut on water retention, look how much salt you have in your diet. that's the number one way to retain water.

i definately have exercised more this week, and i am sore from it so my muscles are probably retaining water. My salt levels are usually within what they should be...and that hasnt changed lately, so even if i was retaining water from that it shouldnt have caused this big gain, it should have just stayed constant >.< grrr

yeah but i dont take them as regularly as my weight. So i can tell you i am down about 1.5 inches on my waist, but thats 1.5 inches down from three weeks ago, so its not necessarily that ive made any progress there in the past week >.< i mean i might have, theres just no way to know >.<

Up about 800g stressed gawd damn it. But i have lost 1.5cm off my hips, so go figure. Maybe my feet got fatter or something

Uh oh, a plateau?!
Or sometimes around 'that time' I retain water,
up to 5lbs of it sometimes!
So that might be it??
